“ I am sorry my pup gave me no choice, he was going to kill you.”
What is he saying ?
That my father died so I wouldn't die?
That Xaver was only protecting me also?
I need answers to so many questions. Why did he think I was his mate? My head is spinning again and if I were awake the room would be spinning also. I need to wake up. I need to figure out everything my world is spinning out of my controle. Suddenly I can see everything it's so bright after being in the darkness for so long, is that the sun?
It is so warm I take a deep breath in and open my eyes to look around. “ That is strange, why am I in a meadow?” I walk around waiting. This is my meadow. It's been years since that day. It is good to be back. I look around again and notice I am all alone. Where is Xaver? He was just with me talking to me. I start to run looking for his everywhere suddenly I see a white wolf I call out “Hello?” she turns around and it's no mistake the purple eyes “Sally?” “Yes Izabell it's me.” I rushed over to her i've not been able to talk to her this whole time it is something that i have missed, hot teas are running down my face i can taste the saltiness from them.
“ Shhh it's going to be ok we need to talk Izabell it's been a lot going on this last week and i am sorry but…” “wait a week i've been out a week??!?!” she nods her head “ well almost a week it's Thursday night, any way just listen to what I am going to say. I've been talking to the Moon Goddess and she has opened my eyes to a lot of things. First off, do you remember that legend in wolf history about the Alpha Queen?”
I am racking my brain waiting for it to dawns on me. “ Alpha Queen I've heard that in my dreams but I don't recall anything from them.” Sally sighs, taking a seat on the ground. “Well Izabell we are the fabiled Alpha Queen we will bring peace or war to all our kind we are the new line of royalty.”
Sam's P.O.V.
We left the waiting room and I can tell we both are fumming “How could that prick reject Izabell, Fuck.” I mumble under my breath “We need to teach him a lesson. Sam showed him how much he f****d up.” I nod in agreement we walk outside and wait. First Adam, and Alex walk out talking to each other “let me get a pack warrior to escort you both to your pack lines. It's late and I don't want to see you get hurt.”
They nodded as we were waiting. Frank walks out grinning up a storm “Why do you look so happy frank?” James asks him as curious as I am about what exactly is going on. “She excused us all with the exception of Theo and Xaver and I know Theo is the i***t who rejected Bell, now to be a fly on her wall. How did he not know how she is or even what she will become does no one pay attention to classes.” he is laughing full on at this point “What do you mean Frank?” i ask “ you'll see anyways we will have a meeting this week with my Father to talk about this more.” He heads over to his car and takes off without another word.
The guards come and take the other Alphas away and we wait again for Theo, moments later he emerges with his head down muttering things to himself. “We need to talk boy.” I growl out. He shoots his head up and glares at me. You can see the anger in his eyes. “ I am not a Boy, I am the next Alpha of Shadow Bane pack. You pathetic Beta.” he is storming over at me like he wants to kill me. I can help but just smile at him. “He's right pup we need to talk.” James says walking out of the shadows, Theo backs down bowing his head in submission. “My apologies Alpha I didn't know you were standing there.” James scoffs “It shouldn't matter Sam is an Alpha- Beta he is older and stronger than you he deserves respect and even if he wasn't he is your headmaster he deserves the respect same as an Alpha.” You can see him flinching with every word coming from James mouth “she must have really ripped you a new one just now, I mean you deserved it but you look like a scared pup right now.” I can't help but let out a loud chuckle “I am sorry but I'm going to leave I have a lot to go over in my head and with my father now.” I only nod at him. James is Alpha and guardian; he knows how to respond to all this…. “ Iz told us what happened but I… we want to hear it from you. '' they are in a staring match daring each other to break the stair Theo of course is the first one to “ Its as she told you I rejected her for being an Omega and she would rather spend time with that Alpha instead of me.”
He is raging by the end of the statement then it dawns on me “Wait what Alpha our the last one.” It must be Xaver why is she alone with him “Alpha Xaver and with their past you would think she wouldn't want anything to do with him.” I look at James “s**t, Sam lets go she's weak right now she can't be alone with him.”
I nod moving past Theo knocking into him as I run to get to Izabell over the last Two years he's always trying to get meetings or shows with her claiming he only wished to talk to her about that day to explain what happened. Claiming he was only trying to protect her and that he needed her, his pleas got more and more desperate till he was included by the Shadow Bane pack for the school's teachers. They have always had a close Alliance but after everything that has happened today i don't see it being as strong. We reach the office we don't knock we just bust in the room, nothing.
“ Their scent isn't that week they were just here. We need to follow the scent when they are close.” We walked around the school following their scent till we reached the Gym “Found my mate and wanted to provide everything for her.” Xaver says it sounds like they were fighting. Then it got quiet to quiet, then I heard it. “Iz,Izabell, Iz wake up love wake up please be ok please come back to me” He is yelling we have rushed in at this point, we see Xaver rocking and holding Iz in his arms he looks at us he sees us running to us he has tears running down his face
“Help her she just fell down please help her please I can't lose her again.”
