Monty and Anson were on the two hour trip to Spokane to find Tim Bolt, who had worked on cases as an informant with Anson in the past and provided excellent and accurate information.
“Tim Bolt has the pulse of the zone west of the Spokane County Courthouse and can pretty much tell you who is doing what. His house is a shelter for some of the criminals in town but he also lets street kids crash when they are hiding out from one thing or another. His house is a neutral zone and any beefs between people staying there are left outside at the door, or they are kicked out,” Anson said.
Monty was directed to take the Monroe Street exit off I-90 Freeway and they headed north on Monroe Street.
