“So you’re moving to California?” Detective Derning was genuinely surprised when Allison showed up at the station to inquire about getting fingerprinted.
“Well, I haven’t decided, but I’m seriously thinking about it. Travel nursing is a good gig, and if you’re going to do it, California is the place to go.”
