In her cubicle in the back of the Information Security department at Orlando Memorial Medical Center, Terry Hanley settled in to start her work week. It was Monday morning, and a few of the IT guys were already working. She rarely interacted with them, preferring to work alone and in a quiet environment. Her role as public relations assistant seemed like an oxymoron, since she wasn’t actually in the public eye, preferring to stay behind the scenes. Luckily her gregarious boss enjoyed the spotlight, and she was given the role of handling the press releases and managing social media for the hospital.
