Allison slept late and spent a leisurely morning sipping coffee, checking her emails, and giving Snowball some special attention. It was after noon by the time she signed onto the Twitter site. What she found pleased her immensely—one hundred notifications and fifty more followers. She scrolled through them, happy to see that major regulatory agencies like the American Health Quality Association, The Joint Commission, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services were not only following her, but they’d replied and retweeted.
What amazed her most was that the local news had picked up her tweets and replied, followed by a response, for the first time, from the hospital. She could barely contain her excitement, knowing Critical Cover-Up had become an entity to be taken seriously
