Bobbi was still in her office when the night shift nurses arrived for work. She had stayed late so she could speak personally to each staff nurse that came on duty. Having already discussed the issue of Marchman with the day shift nurses, she approached the night shift RNs one by one as soon as they completed their reports, typically one of the busiest times.
Bobbi found Allison in one of her patients’ rooms. “Allison, I need to speak with you. It won’t take long.”
