Chaya surveyed her surroundings, encapsulated in a bubble-like atmosphere. ‘Chaya, please wake up,’ Rudina begged. ‘If you don't everyone we love will be dead.’ She fixed her gaze on Rudina. ‘I am going to wipe out everyone. Rudina knew if she killed in her current condition, she would be forever lost and all would face utter destruction.
"Chaya look at your babies you'll lose them and Eliza is almost becoming feral and Victor..." she glanced at her babies. They stand as a barrier between her and others. If she didn't respond soon, all hope would be lost. Chaya noticed Reed touching the barrier and approached him. Touching him brought her back from the darkness. She held him tightly, and the barrier vanished.
"Mommy mommy," he clutched her, and the other two came over too. Rudina felt relieved.
"I had faith you'd opt for life, my dear." Sierra embraces her, planting a gentle kiss on her forehead. Relief washed over everyone.
“Where are Elza, Victor, Kavin, and Maxi?" she scanned the room.
“We had to administer tranquillizer to immobilize them. It was to ensure their safety and the safety of others. They are in wolf forms and won't change back.”
She wiped her tears. “We ensured they were unharmed.” Councilman Oliver assured her.
“Where are they kept?” she queried.
“They went feral, be cautious,” Sierra warned.
She agreed and turned to the boys, “I must visit grandma and grandpa. Wait for me.”
They nodded in response.
Reid held back tears, “We miss them too, Mommy.” she consoled him. “Mommy will bring them back—Wipe your tears.”
When she saw them lying there bound with chains that contained silver— Her tears couldn't be stopped. Chaya walked over to Elza's wolf took the chains off and touched her. She shifted back to her human form.
"Oh my, this..." Sierra holds her hand in front of her mouth.
The council members were staring in disbelief never in their lifetime did they see a wolf being brought back from a farel state.
" Honey try it on Victor." Oliver requested.
She did it and had the same results as Elza.
"Oh, sweetheart you saved them." She looked at them. "I am sorry it's all my fault." Oliver pulled her into a hug, "You are not the cause it's Bailey and his whole family's fault."
She looked at him confused. "I don't follow why would Dominik's grandson be..."
"He's the one who attacked you that night and he's the triplets father."
She fell on her knees, "I don't..." “he was your mate and the...the pain was because he marked someone else.”
"Princess,” Victor held her tight. "I am going to kill that son of the bitch."
"He rejected us... did he know?" He nodded, “Yes princess they all knew.”
