“What true results?!?” I yell over the commotion of seeing Maryse start to aim the gun directly at my father. I see Drake try to push Maddie to hide under the table. Reid is inching closer to Maryse as Colby is keeping me behind him while also looking for an opportunity to overtake Maryse.
Chaos is happening all around us as Maryse laughs at the confusion. As her finger starts to pull the trigger, Reid lunges for Maryse’s arm knocking it down. A bullet is shot from the gun, but everyone is focused on Reid fighting Maryse. He snaps her wrist forcing her to drop the gun. She screams in anger that her mission has failed. As he takes her hands behind her back, she fights against him.
