Lucian’s POV The wind whipped against my face as I rode toward the border of Blue Moon Pack territory. Every hoofbeat took me further away from Diana, and something twisted in my chest like a knife. I told myself this was right. I told myself she needed space to figure things out with Ryan and Damian. I told myself I was being noble by stepping aside. But damn it, nothing about this felt right.
