Green Medicine
At lunch on Monday, Teddy handed the pouch with the green amulet to Tem.
"I'm happy to see you. What did you do?" Tem asked, anxious to hear another remarkable answer.
"When I first held the green amulet, I felt pain in my heart. I don't know why, but I didn't want to let go."
"Why not?"
"I prayed that the pain held a lesson. I saw Set on the blank page holding the ankh. I knew the ankh was a symbol of eternal life. If Set, the god of deserts and storms, was holding the ankh, then I guessed the green amulet could heal."
