Luka's POV Emma and I walked into the court room. Kale knelt with his parents in the middle of the room. The lecture hall style seating allowed us all to sit in and watch. I led Emma to the front bench where she would be called to give her statement of what happened. I sat next to her. Our arms touched, sparks still flying between us. We stayed with that contact even though neither of us understood it. “Counsel. We are gathered here today to decide the fate of Kale, Harry and Lucille Kitcher. Kale is the son of Harry and Lucille.
