How was this possible a second chance mate?
What is so special about me that I deserve another one.
I couldn't protect my first mate, she died while I was away on a business trip for Alphas even after she begged me to take her with and I felt it was unsafe only to hear my beta mind link me a day after I left that she had been killed but here this women I stand before is my mate and I feel an automatic pull towards her.
Is this my torture?
My punishment from the moon goddess to watch my mate with another man by her side?
Life gives us second chances yes but to what extent is it to watch a women that was designed for me in love with another as I couldn't protect the one that was given to me by the moon Goddess herself ?
Pure agony, pure anticipation is what I am in as I watch her body fall limp.

"Take your hands off of my mate Roland" my mates mate growled while staring daggers into my head.
Standing up brushing the dirt off my pants I look at my 3rd in command mind linking him
'This women is my second chance mate I could feel everything' His eyes widen at my confession and a huge smile tugs its way onto his face.
"I'm sorry I didn't want the princess to hit her head" I tell Trent with all honesty in my words but how can this be possible this is unheard of, having two mates at once.
Does she feel what I feel?
I couldn't help but smile I received another, she sure is beautiful but I need to get her out of here we've been in this place far to long, clearing my throat
"Trent we need to leave the longer we stay the more danger she is in" I say he snaps his head towards me
"Do you think that I do not know that, who the hell do you think you are telling me what to do with my mate I know what danger we are in, we have been at this for so long its formed part of our lives" he snapped making my third growl at him I shook my head and held my hand up telling him to stand down
I looked at Trent before turning to address the people crowded around us "you have seen with your own eyes that she is the daughter of our late Alpha King Ryan and Queen Luna Erin should you wish to join her quest step forward if not please leave" I said loud and proud getting to the point with turning my back to them and looking down to my mate still slummed into darkness
I will be staying that's for sure I need to know why I'm her mate as well and how is that both her mates are alive
"They not dead" I hear my mate whimper I take a step back as she wakes up
'What are you talking about?" I asked "we got the news straight from the Kingdom that they had past on" I continued
She opened her eyes, she looked so pale, drained of her energy Trent slowly helped her up to stand holding tightly onto her waist, damn i wish that was me
"They alive i know because my mother in-law Beta Sarah mind linked with them on my 16th birthday the day i turned and found out that Trent was my mate" she stated with a smile on her face putting her arm around his neck leaning her head into his chest he bent his head and kissed her forehead I couldn't help the growl that escaped my lips
"Dude what is your problem you have been growling non stop" Trent said through his gritted teeth glaring at me, my Third Ty came to stand next to me
Sapphire rubbed her hand up and down his arm and he seemed to relax closing his eyes feeling her full touch on his skin, she turned in his embrace that her back was now to his chest with a slight cough she cleared her throat
"Yes and who is the Alpha there now " she asks I shook my head how could i forget
"Your Uncle" is all I managed out she nodded her head
"If you wish to join us please do I need to head back now our families are most likely stressing and i really need to see someone" she says looking at everyone then to me with a small smile on her face
They made their way out of the building I looked around, everyone was contemplating i quickly followed them stopping in the door way I turned and quickly said "If not for her then at least for the King and Queen none of us would be here in this world with out them, they made the greatest sacrifice" with that being my last words my third and i followed catching up to them Ty mind linking me
'Alpha how is this possible she is your mate our Luna but she has a mate' he says
'I'm not sure Ty but she is my second chance I can feel it lets just see where it goes' I reply
he nodded his head i slightly turned and saw a few Alpha's and their thirds following us I'm glad some decided to join the others that didn't they would need more proof but would the ones that didn't follow contact the kingdom telling them of this news I was quickly pulled out of my thoughts by my mate shouting
"Get down everyone ambush" she yelled I started growling so did my third as a arrow came right passed my head and by the scream that followed made my knees weak and my heart break
