Chapter 13

501 Words
The next day, a huge commotion woke Yukino up. Sliding out of bed groggily, Yukino stumbled towards the flap of her tent and rubbed her tired eyes. She glanced out and saw a huge crowd gathering around her brother’s tent and smiled, knowing that her brother should be fine now. “Ick,” as Yukino walked towards the tent she bumped into a broad back. Looking up she came face to face with one of the capture targets. Haruto. Yukino’s face immediately formed a frown, letting her face full of disgust show, “Your Highness,” she said in mock respect, “Please excuse me, I have much more concerning matters at hand currently.” She then roughly pushed past the bulky boy.  Was Yukino petty? Yes, she was. She would remember every little misdeed towards her and until she takes her revenge, she would never forgive or forget. Haruto watched the small back of the girl disappear into the crowd of people with narrowed eyes. When he felt a pair of eyes on him, he turned at saw a young girl with black hair staring at him with amused eyes. He frowned when he felt something stirring in him and turned away, refusing to meet her eyes. Yukino pushed past the crowd of bodies and entered the tent. “Amazing, there’s no trace of the poison left in the body!” “How can that be?!” “A miracle!” “Impossible!” “There’s no known cure though! How could it be cured?!”  A loud of healers were at the bedside of Taiyo exclaiming their disbelief and excitement. Yukino narrowed her eyes. “Kind sirs, would you please bring your discussion somewhere else, my brother is trying to rest and you’re disturbing him,” Yukino said with a frown. The healers immediately stood up, bowed, and left. Yukino’s parents soon barged in. “Is it true? Is my son healed?” The woman asked with tears of relief in her eyes. The man had a relieved smile in his eyes as he looked at the awake and much healthier looking son of his. “Mother, don’t cry...” the horse voice of Taiyo said, trying to comfort his mother. Yukino smiled as they all did a group hug. The next day they left. The Fox King didn’t bother to respectfully bid farewell to the Tiger King, contrary to their greetings at the start. They instantly left for Fox Kingdom and placed Taiyo to bed immediately, much to his dismay. Just like that another couple of years pasted. Yukino was laying in bed. Completely and utterly bored. Yes, the lazy soul of Yukino who doesn’t want to do anything is bored. Ladies and gentlemen, the world is ending soon. Yukino rolled around in bed before she decided to go exploring! Yes exploring. The lazy soul of Yukino will go exploring.
