NYC, The Council Region.
"They finally meet again." Lydia kneeled in front of the Council head. She had tried her best to keep Chase from meeting with Inez but fate was also something else when it comes to lovers fighting to be together.
"How is that possible?" The council head asked “Lydia. We made sure they don’t get to meet. All our hard work will be wasted? “
"Chase Parker might not remember who Inez Sivan is but I think she will make him fall in love with her over again. I don’t understand this. Why did you let me lie to her about Chase’s death? I'm kept in the dark." She said to the council head.
The head of the council sighed. "It will make her weak.” The council said. He knew what Inez could do for love so he decided to take Chase away instead because he couldn’t talk her out of it.
"What will?" Lydia asked. Wasn’t sure.
The head of the council brought her to her feet as he walked to his sit to seat down. “If Inez and Chase fall in love again or if he remembers her, Calamity will fall again. She will become unstoppable and this time, she might destroy the world." He said so Lydia could understand but she wasn’t understanding a thing he meant.
"I'm not understanding sir. Why can't they be together? Fate will always bring them together with no matter how we separate them. We both know that.” Lydia tried to make a point.
"Their love can't be possible. Inez possessed a power that people doesn't know about and once that power is unlocked, people will die, and the world will erase. We won't be able to stop her so this is our chance, to make them apart." He said to Lydia. He wished he could make Inez understand the mistake she was about to make but Inez Sivan was a stubborn person and she wouldn’t listen. That was something he doesn’t understand about her. She always does what she wants to and not what someone told her to do.
The head of the council knew what Inez is capable of but because of the love she have for Chase Parker, she will go to every length to make him remember her even if it means killing people who means the world to her.
She won't care about people's lives but only Chase Parker.
"We have to stop her. Get your daughter and tell her about causing a rift between both of them. We have work to do. Even if we can’t stop them, at least we need some time to come up with better ideas.” He said to her.
"A rift won't do a thing and no matter what we do, they will end up in the same place again. We faked Chase's death, we moved him to another city and erased his memories and Inez found him without even realizing he would be in California. No matter what we do, we can't stop them." Lydia said. She was angry about what she did.
The council head heard sounds coming from the wall.
He stood up from his seat as he walked to the wall.
Words start to print on the wall. "The prophecy." He said as he traced his fingers on it.
His shoulder drops down as he slowly walked to his seat.
"Is anything wrong? What did it say?" Lydia asked confused.
"The impossible. Something that has never happened before." The council head said.
"Well, what is it?" Lydia asked again as she walked to him.
"Inez will have a baby and that child will be as powerful as any other god is. A demon who we won't be able to tame." He sat down on his seat. "We will be doom, Lydia." His voice started to shake. He was scared and Lydia couldn’t believe that.
Lydia scoffed. "Don't be ridiculous." She said.
"It's on the wall and everything that has happened to Inez has been said by the prophecy before it happened and the prophecy doesn't lie." He said to her. Confidence in his words and the writings on the wall.
The head council had been on this seat for years and this was the first time he would be this afraid of something.
"A demon conceive by a hybrid and a queen won't be able to be tamed. This is the first time something like this is going to happen. Well, we don't have answers to our questions but for now, I can keep my eyes on her." Lydia finally said. She was ready to risk her life to save the world even if it means fighting with Inez Sivan.
"Okay. Go back to California for now and tell your daughter to make sure Inez and Chase don't get close to one another. Till we find answers, we can't risk it.” The council said.

The Audition list was out. The student goes to the bulletin to check their names and checked which role they were given.
Chase and I already have the leading role so there wasn’t much to fight or argue about except his girlfriend who kept staring at me as if I pooped myself. She hated me and I hated her too for taking Chase away. No one takes my Chase from me without facing any consequences. I couldn’t forgive her.
Beauty seemed weird to me today. She was kind of avoiding me, maybe she found out who I was. Was that even possible? She was the daughter of Lydia. Her mother might have told her about me.
Times like this, I wished I could see through her.
Ava curled her lips and folded her arms. "I think Chase's girlfriend hates you. She has been staring for hours." She said to me and I nodded.
I opened my mouth to speak but before I could say anything, Ava heard someone behind us. A tall girl with black hair in a pale green top and pants walked toward us.
I recognized her. That same girl going into that building. I couldn’t smell her either but she seemed to have a strange aura.
Funny how this was the first time I was seeing her in this class and the performance was on Friday. What was going on?
"She is weird," Ava whispered to my ear and I agreed. I couldn't tell Ava about the witch's story because she wouldn't have believed me. I miss Denise. She would have picked on the moment you tell her things like this. She would have trusted you.
"I will see you later. I have to go talk to Chase." I smiled. As I was about to walk away, Ava drew my hand back.
"Who is Chase? The guy you have a crush on? Or your ex-boyfriend?" Ava asked. Wasn’t sure about who I was referring to.
"I meant Daniel," I said to her. She picked on me immediately.
"Oh, the hot guy playing Hamlet? His girlfriend has pissed already, she will be more pissed. I love violence." She smirked as I shook my head and walked toward Daniel. Ava was ready for the dram that might take place any moment from that period. I wouldn’t fight with that blonde girl in public. I could kill her if she dares to fight with me.
"Wow Daniel. Your hair looks great." I complimented as I smiled at him. I wasn’t sure if he knew I was interested in him but I was.
"I had a haircut yesterday." He played with his hair with his hand. "You noticed it, my girlfriend didn't even notice it." He said and I shook my head. I guessed she doesn’t know Chase the way I did.
"Of course, I notice everything about you," I said. Wasn’t trying to sound like a creep but I hoped he didn’t hear that.
"What did you say?" He asked. I'm kind of happy he didn't hear that.
"Can I touch it?" I asked. Anticipation ran through me and down my spine.
"Sure." He hesitated at first but accepted as I placed my hand on it. It was soft as always.
Oh, how I miss that soft touch. "You like it?" He asked. I loved it. Not only like but fancy and love.
"Wow, it's silky, it's very beautiful." I removed my hand. "Hey, I have a question. How do you feel about running lines after school?" I asked him, hoping he would approve so I spend more time with him.
"Hmm, how will I feel about running line___ well, I already invited you to come over to my place yesterday so we could work on that." He said back to me and I was happy. I wanted both of us to be alone and nobody else with us.
"I completely forgot about that but I will stop by your house tonight. Please send me the address." I said to him and he smiled.
He nodded as he walked toward his girlfriend. I watched him leave with a heavy sigh. He doesn’t know what my intentions were but I was ready to get him back at all costs.
