Reunited

“What are you all doing? Stand up!” Josey demanded. Everyone on the boat seemed to be in some form of trance. She closed her eyes and thought about her human form. When she opened them she was back to normal and everyone stood up in a daze. 

“What was that Queen Sueli?” Fedri’s voice trembled. 

“I thought you were only part vampire and that wasn’t like any vampire I’ve ever seen.” Alex said in a low voice.

“Driver, get us back to the pick up area.” Valin commanded. “Everyone, let's stop with the questions right now. If Queen Sueli wasn’t who she is then Tin and Max wouldn’t be here right now.”

“But we also wouldn’t have been in that situation if she hadn’t ignored all of the residents and the warning signs!” Max yelled. Liv stood up and prepared to chop him up and throw him overboard. Max fell to his knees in front of him and started to apologize. “Don’t forget your f*****g place, peasant.” Liv growled. Josey stepped forward. 

“I’m 25% vampire, 10% human, and . . . . . 65% succubus. I think that is all you need to know.” Josey stated.  “In a week's time, we will start testing the DTs and DAs. We will continue this process for 3 weeks. Once all of the installations have met written guidelines and deemed fully operational within said guidelines, I will provide approval for each location.”  Josey had a job to do, regardless of her species.

“Furthermore if you choose to leave tonight that is fine, else feel free to stay until checkout time tomorrow. I will be leaving tonight. Great job everyone!”

Tin clapped and then the rest of the team followed. They were still unsure and had many questions but Liv made sure that those questions never passed their lips.

The rest of the trip back to the hotel was made in complete silence. Josey didn’t expect to be viewed as a monster. She had always thought Sueli’s form was beautiful. It was an honor for them to be able to see her that way.

When they pulled up to the hotel everyone picked up their bags and filed back to their rooms. They completely avoided eye contact with her.

“Can we chat? Your room or my room, just somewhere quiet. Liv is welcome to stay by your side.” Valin said while watching the team solemnly file into the hotel.

“Let’s talk in your room.”

The three walked quickly to Valin’s room. As soon as the door closed behind Liv, Valin started to talk.

“So it makes sense now. Your succubus is a vampire. What you show us, lowly humans, is this human facade.” Valin sneered like Josey had annoyed his soul.

“Facade? I guess you aren’t wrong. Some perfections aren’t meant for human eyes. Did me saving those two humans bother you? Should I have just let them fall into the swamp?”

“Josey, that’s not why I’m upset.” Valin stood up and started to pace. Josey watched him, fearful of his  next words and angry about his attitude.

“You almost drowned the other day. You suppressed your succubus, who could have saved you, just so I wouldn’t know about her, correct?” 

Josey was startled. “Well…”

“Show me again.” Valin stared into her eyes. His cheeks were flushed.

“I would like to see your succubus form again? Please.”

His question lit an unsavory fire in Josey and Sueli. “I am not a f*****g performance monkey for you to command and view at your leisure, Do NOT forget your place!” Some of Sueli’s echo intertwined with Josey’s voice.

Josey expected him to look shaken or to avoid eye contact with her but he just smiled and nodded.

“We’re leaving.” Josey walked past Liv and he followed behind her.

She was ready to go home. “Liv get my stuff ready.”

While Liv meticulously removed all of Josey’s belongings from the room, she paced.

“Why did we get so angry, Sueli?”

“I don’t know. I don’t know! What if he hates us now? Or if he’s terrified of us?”

Cofer stood in front of the portal to Wilshana with his back pack in hand. “What am I doing?” He said then began to laugh to himself. “I don’t want to be there in those caves when she comes back.”

“Then may I suggest you wait for her.” Lincoln said.

Cofer was so lost in his own world that he didn’t realize Lincoln was still there.

“I can’t move forward until I have touched my only reason to keep existing.” He put his bag down and closed the portal. He took his shoes off and pushed his feet into his slides. 

“I will be in the library.” 

He combed through his romance novels, which was about three books. No one really wrote about deep love in that day and age. He was really considering going into the lower levels of his underground castle and searching that library. “Damn it Cofer. You are just killing time, not trying to find the meaning of life.” he said to himself. Cofer grabbed all three books and headed back to their room. 

The day felt like it was going by very slowly like if it went any slower he would be able to see the movement of time. He took all his meals in their room. He wrote long reviews about each book he read. Then when that was done he studied his map of the caves of Wilshana and before he knew it, he had dozed off.

Josey was the only one who left the hotel that evening. She consequently left Adiv behind to make sure everyone came back safely the next day. When Josey arrived back at the castle, she had never been so excited and ready to get in her bed. She got to the door of her room and stopped. She was going back to her anxieties about Cofer. She was going back to her fear of not being able to see her babies. She knew this trip served more as a distraction than anything. She could have easily spaced the installations out over the course of the three months she told Valin she would work.

“Stop running. Let’s go home.” she thought to herself as Liv opened the door. 

When she crossed over into their bedroom, his scent filled her nostrils. Her everything felt relieved and overjoyed. The coffee table in their sitting area was filled with books and maps and he was asleep on the sofa. He was as gorgeous as she remembered him. 

Josey balled up her hand tight into a fist and punched Cofer square in his sleeping face. He hissed and jumped from the couch, ready to attack.

“Shall I punch you again MY KING?” Sueli growled. 

“Woah now. Calm down!” Cofer felt like he was standing in front of an angry bear. He held his hands out to keep Josey and Sueli at arms length. Her horns had grown out  and her eyes were glowing brilliant red. 

“Josey! Sueli! I’m sorry. All these feelings are new to me and I just needed some time to think. I know I shouldn’t have cut off our link. I made more mistakes to add to my current list of mistakes. BUT I have never been more scared of losing something in my entire life.” Cofer put his hands down to his side. He let the blood trickle from his bottom lip. He was sure she had knocked loose a couple of teeth. 

Josey walked over to him and leaned in and licked the blood from his face. Cofer moaned. She pushed her hands into his hair and engulfed his bottom lip. She pressed her body into his. She could fill his length growing. She moaned then whispered,“I missed you so much.” She thought she would burst into tears after she whispered those words. His large hands gripped her hips tight then ran up her shirt. He pulled her shirt above her head.  Then nibbled and licked the curve under her arms. Josey giggled a little bit as her shirt fell to the floor. Cofer growled like he was enjoying his favorite food.

He quickly took her bra off while suckling on her neck. 

Josey felt her feet leave the ground. She wrapped her legs around his waist as they slowly flew over to their bed. Cofer placed her gently down then removed his shirt.

“I love the way your n*****s feel under my tongue.” He laid between her legs continuing to suckle on her breast while massaging the other. “I want to hear your voice.”

Cofer was never this verbal before and she was loving it. She moaned and writhed as his stiff length lightly grazed her belly. “Your smell.” Cofer groaned loudly as he took a deep breath.

“I bet you’re soaking wet.” He continued as he pushed his hand into her panties.

“Yes..yes..” His words were continuing to startle her. He stood up from the bed and removed the rest of her clothing and his own. “I’m going to suck this p***y until you remember who you belong to.” 

Before Josey could respond, he kissed and sucked on her most tender spots. His tongue danced and vibrated across her slit. She was ready to climax. He pushed his fingers deeper inside her faster. “Please let me taste all of you.” He whined. Josey reached down and grabbed his head, pushing her slit against his tongue. He was different. His love felt deeper. “Josey…” he whispered as he retracted his fangs from her thigh.

“Our babies have grown so much.” He kissed her belly while rubbing his hand down her side then gathering a handful of her bottom. “Do you want me?” He asked her then proceeded to kiss and taste her from her neck to her shoulders. “Say it.
