Chapter Eighteen

Essence was getting ready for school when she heard a loud crash sound outside the mansion. Moana opens the door and took a deep breath.

"WE'RE UNDER ATTACK!!!" Essence was too surprised to even react. Moana grabs her sister's hand and leads her to the back door where Her family members all waiting.

"We need to bring you all t the bunkers inside the palace ground. It's safer" Talan said. Mondo and Cyran were getting ready with their weaponry when their wives went to hug them for the last time.

"Promise us you two will come back and meet your child." Mondo and Cyran nod.

"We will. We promise." Another loud crash and blaze started to appear out of nowhere.

"We don't have much time! Where's Rose!?" Talan restlessly asked her daughter.

"There." Moana pointed to a figure at the sky. Rose noticed the Morag's out at the backyard and signaled the dragons that followed her where to land.

Rose was nearly hit by blaze arrow as she descended. She motioned the dragons to land and wait for another enemy Attack. Rose search for the source and smirk as she noticed a shimmering light reflected by the sunlight. Rose reached for her spear and aimed at the person who's hiding at the thick forestry.

"Goodbye bastard." She said and threw the spear. The spear went through the thick branches and stabs the person through his heart. Rose whistled and the spear fly to her. Rose turned and fled to the Morag's backyard. She landed and Moana went to hug her.

"You okay?" Rose asked. Moana nod. Rose let go and looked at Talan.

“The bunker is ready we have enough room for everyone who's in need. Thana has been holding them off with our friends. The situation is out of hand. We need all the help we can get." Talan nod. Rose looked around and everyone was running and packing stuff.

"Woman and children?"

"Inside the mansion."

"We have enough room at each dragon. Let them climb up and move to our safe haven." Rose whistle and suddenly a portal appeared behind her.

"I know you need a lot of help here, protecting your land. I'll lend some of dads undead troops." A moan was heard and everyone was startled to see a corpse-like figure appeared from the portal.

"They will follow what I say and I say....." Rose turn her back.

"KILL THE ENEMY! DONT LEAVE ANYONE ALIVE!" Rose begins to yell in a very weird language and the corpse-like figure all screamed in anticipation. Talan feels proud of his in law and smiled a little. Rose lifted Moana in a bridal style and smile at Talan.

"I'll keep your family safe." And shot off to the sky. Talan help Essence and the others mount a dragon and watch as his family leave. He turned to his wife and smile.

"Let's take back what is ours…" Talan said and walk inside the now empty mansion.

Zeus and Orien didn't waste any time. They were heading to Akeldama Palace and they were out for blood. Anyone who dares oppose them were to be killed on the spot. They even recruited some creatures who had been banished to the outskirts of villages for many good reasons. Most of them have become insane and would kill, torture and eat anyone or anything they saw.

They were called the creatures because they had become so deformed from self-mutilation and fights with other animals or creatures that their origin was unrecognizable by even their once close friend. They only thing you could tell was their gender because they never wore clothes.

They were so vicious in their killings. Zeus became aroused watching them kill. He didn't dare go near them during the kill. He had seen one of the creatures tore off the head of someone who came near and the creature didn't even look up to see who it was. He knew they were too unpredictable and uncontrollable.

After the war and after he had used them to inflict the most damage possible, Zeus knew he would have to put them down. But for now, he was enjoying having them on his side.

"Let's keep moving. I don't want to stop in any one village for too long. I want to get to the palace sooner than later. Just keep killing anyone you see."

Zeus was observing the fight but saving his energy for the main fight at the palace. One of the creatures had been eating a woman. He had torn off one of her breasts and threw it behind him where it landed at Zeus' feet. Zeus picks it up.

"Still warm." He said. Zeus then picked up the women's dismembered arm.

He unzipped his pants and let his erection free. Then with the women's hand, Zeus began to pleasure himself while sucking on the breast he held in his hand. His c*m flew out of his p***s and land near the creature who licked it off the ground as if it was dessert to the women he just ate. The creature followed the line of semen to Zeus' feet and then licked Zeus off the rest of the way.

"I see that even aroused you," Zeus said at the creature who had a very visible erection. This caused an orgy among them to start. Orien walks over to Zeus.

"If we don't move quickly, We may have more trouble here." Zeus nod and fired his weapon causing the creatures to stop the action and focus on killing again.

"This village is done. Let move." They went through 3 other villages before they came to the palace. Zeus and Orien watched as their army killed and impaled the men, women, and children. One of their followers had a man by the hair and was dragging him to kill. A creature came up to the man being dragged and started ripping at his leg. They began a fight of tug of war with the man's body.

He leg gave first and the blood sprayed the creatures face. Another creature saw it and began to maul the other creature as he devoured the blood. He didn't stop at the blood. He ate the face of the creature.

"They are killing each other now." Zeus waved off Orien's observation.

"Who cares? It is an isolated killing and even if they do kill each other, it saves us the trouble later." Orien shrugs.

"True. They are becoming even more insane and violent. If that's even possible."

"Yes, and I love it. This is going very well." Orien pointed.

"There is the palace." Zeus smiled.

"They won't even know what hit them."

"MY QUEENS...." A man gasping for air and bow to Kora and Kharis who was enjoying their little time with each other.

"You startled us! What's the matter? Why do you look like someone who just saw a ghost?" Kora joked.

"Dead bodies everywhere out the palace ground... We can't hold them much longer. Your Highness need to go to the bunkers now!" He said and bow again. He ran towards the main gate.

"Bunkers?! Is he serious?"Kharis asked.

"I think he is. He wants a ruler to stay hidden?" Kora scoffed. The queens aware of what's happening outside their palace ground far too well.

"I hope Thana know what she's doing out there."

"She does. Don't worry Kora." Kharis assured her wife. Kora stands and walked towards a closet door. Kharis opens the door and they both walked inside to their secret weapons room. Every kind of weapon known to man is here, as their little collectible.

"Honey. I'm going to use the bows and arrows."

"Can I just use the shotguns?" Kora's eyes landed on Dr. Blood.

"Oh, baby look. Thana's first gun."

Dr. Blood is a 13mm, anti-creature handgun. One of the best and deadliest handgun ever made.

"Honey, should I use The executioner?" Kharis shows her custom-made poleaxes to her wife.

"I think you should." Kora walks towards a triangular case and opened it.

"The smell of fine leather...." Kora smirk.

"I know my Wife love leathers." Kora sniffs her wife's neck and lick.

"Kora! We have plc creatures to save." Kora held her hands up and put on her leather armor.

"I'm ready. See you later." Kora walks out of the room to the balcony. She starts to whistle and wait.

"Honey... Otto is back right?" Kora heard a faint yes from her wife. Suddenly a huge gushed of wind blew the queens hair back. A huge black dragon appeared out of nowhere in front of the queen.

"Otto!!" The dragon nods his head. Kora walked backward and getting ready to run towards the dragon's back.

Kora ran and grabbed Otto's back scales. She nearly fell to her death when her hand slipped but Otto managed to grab the queen using his wings.

"Thank you. I really need the exercise." Otto roared.

"Now... Let's go and kill these bastards!" Otto roared again and shot off to the sky. Kharis walk out of the chamber towards the stairs. The guards bow when they saw her walk passed them.

"What's the situation now Corvin?" Kharis asked the person who in charge of the air raid.

"Princess Thana manage to hold everyone back. Rose on the other hand...." He pointed at the sky where an army of dragons and standby for any type of Attack.

"Good." Kharis let her bows and arrow down and reached for her sword.

"My queen... You're going to war?"

"I will lead the second phase of Defense against any Attack." Corvin put his hand on his chest and bow.

"It will be an honor to fight beside the queen." He shouts and everyone does the same gesture. Kharis smile.

"LET'S KILL EVERYONE WHO SPREAD DARKNESS AND DEATH UPON OUR KINGDOM!" Kharis yells.

"AYE!" Everyone yells back.

"GET YOUR WEAPONS AND TAKE REVENGE FOR THOSE WHO PERISHED!" Kharis yells and army screams as they all feel a sudden confidence and the need to seek revenge.

Meanwhile on the other side of the kingdom, Thana alongside Aurelia and Dominika trying their hardest to hold off every threat that comes to their way.

"I don't know if I can take this much longer," Aurelia said and stabbed the creatures in the chest. Thana was fighting an ogre with all her might.

The ogre punch Thana's face hard, sending her flying to the trees. Thana spits her mouthful of blood and ran towards the ogre, knife on both her hands, like the speed of light, she mounts on the ogre, stabbed both sides on its neck and the ogre slumped to the earth soil.

"That's should teach you not to punch me in the face." She kicked the ogre by the ribs and it flew towards the piles of bodies at the side.

Thana took a deep breath and watched as the enemy keeps on appearing out of nowhere.

"They don't know how to quit!" Dominika landed on next to Thana.

"Queen Kora is coming here with my Father."

"Great we need all the manpower."

"How do they manage to recruit these creatures! They should be difficult to control!"

"Orien can control people's mind. And if we killed Orien, we killed them all." Thana sighed and reached out for her hotel.

"AHHHHHHHHHH! Thana screamed and slice the creatures into pieces with one swing. Aurelia and Dominika looked at each other.

"She's angry."

"Very," Aurelia said and threw her knife towards a witch that's about to stab her Friend.

"Watch your back!" Thana smile and thank her with her eyes. Thana turn as she heard a screeching scream. She deflects the swing with her sword and it's like the game of showing whose stronger than the other. Thana smirk as she noticed a little flaw in his position.

Thana lift her sword and the vampire was too surprised by the sudden speed. Thana kick his legs and he fell. Thana steps on his neck and crushed his throat. Thana grin widely and stab his chest with her sword and watch as life leaving his body little by little.

Thana could feel how amazing and overwhelming it is when the sword sucking on the life of someone.

"Yes..... Take revenge on those who opposed you!" Thana yells and laughs hysterically. Thana look at her friends.

"Keep them away from the bunkers. I want everyone to be safe!" Aurelia and Dominika nod and go to their position.

In the bunkers, the elderly, woman and children were kept safe. It is also a place where the injured soldier come and received medical attention. Essence and her sisters all in there, helping what they can. After their mansion was attacked, Rose and a couple of the royal dragon took every child and woman in the pack to the Royal bunkers on Thana's orders.

She's not letting anyone gets injured by staying inside a huge mansion without any protection. Essence was helping a nurse with an injured boy when Moana barged in with a little girl whose legs were cut off.

"HELP HER!!" The Doctors quickly ran towards the little girl and Moana watched as they try to stopped the little girl from bleeding to death.

"She was crying... And I noticed her legs... Both... How can they be this cruel towards innocent child..." Essence went to her Sister and hug her.

"Shhh... It's okay. Thana and the others will do their best to stop this worthless war." Moana nod and looked at the little girl again whose screaming for her parents.

"The parents died. They both decapitated by the enemy's soldier."

"All of these kids... Their parents...." Essence can't finish her words. She was too angry... Sad and even pity them all.

"Do you think dad and Mom and our brothers will make it?" Moana smiled.

"You know them that well Essence. They will not leave us." Ricca barged in the door looking pale like a sheet.

"Aura... She's injured." Moana and Essence ran and followed Ricca towards their older Sister. Essence can't even look at her sister without crying. She's covered in blood and her wounds were so deep they could see her inside.

"Aura....." Moana breathes out.

"Abe?" Moana asked.

Ricca pointed at a corner. Abe was sitting there, looking at nothing in particular. Moana let Essence go and walked towards Abe.

"What happened?" Abe starts to sob.

"She was stabbed... I can't do anything. It supposes to be me who was stabbed. But she... Pushed me out of the way and the vampire stabbed her." Abe pulled his towel upward.

Moana let him to himself. She stands in the middle of the room and tied her hair up.

"Please keep the injured kids and soldier in the other rooms." She commanded. The nurses bow and followed her orders. People starting to take her as the leader in the bunkers. For Moana, someone needs to take care of the people here.

"Keep the uninjured people to the other rooms. We have enough rooms in this bunkers for everyone." A nurse nods and went to her colleague. Luce and Ricca helping around by cooking for the people inside the bunkers. Thana and Rose really think everything through when they designed the bunkers.

Rose was flying around, killing everyone she feels like a threat. This war has been like a playground for her. Every soul she took, her Father is satisfied. Rose was restless. She's worried for her mate and she's angry because she's not seeing the people who initiate this war.

Rose decided to fly back to the bunkers. As she lands, she saw Thana and the others, panting.

"What's up with all of you?" Thana looks up, looking messed up.

"My mom and her squadron took our place. We need to regain our strength." Thana said.

"We need blood," Aurelia said.

Thana walks towards the bunker's door and opened it. She just wants to see her mate. She wants to hug her mate and feel alive again. All the death she has to face today taking a total toll of her.

"Essence..." Thana said out loud when she entered the huge bunkers lobby. Everyone who was running here and there stopped and bow to the princess.

"Please don't do that. Keep doing your job." They all nodded and get back to work. Essence walked through the hallways and her eyes caught in a room where all the injured kids at. Thana opens the door and smiling at the sight of her mate talking animatedly to the kids, telling it's okay and everyone is safe here.

A kid saw Thana and bow.

"Princess!!!" She shouts and all eyes on Thana. They all bow and scream in happiness.

"Now we will be a lot safer right?" A kid ran towards Thana and hug her legs.

"Don't leave us!"

"Don't do that to the princess." Diana, the nanny of the Royal Palace said.

"It's fine Diana," Thana said and chuckle. Essence smile when she saw the kid hug her mate. Essence walked towards her mate and hugged her tight.

"You're okay?" Thana nod.

"I just need to feed." Essence leans into her mates ear.

"I have an idea..." Essence said and lead Thana outside the room towards her own private chamber.

"I was saving this packet of blood for you." Thana smile and took the packet.

"Thank you..."

"How's the world outside?"

"Bad. I'm tired...." Essence went next to Thana.

"Rest a little. I'll stay close to you..." Thana nod and walk towards the bed. She lay down and closed her eyes for a bit.
