Chapter Eight

Dominika was cruising around the palace ground with Aurelia when they both noticed something out of the ordinary. Usually, around this time, there will be several guards walking around. But tonight seems to be... different. Dominika looks around... listening to every of sound and movement.

Aurelia sniff the air around try to smell something out of the ordinary.

"I have this fade scent... I don't know what to call it." Aurelia look around and suddenly they both fell to the ground with a loud thump.

"f**k!" They both tried to get up but the creature that in front of them flap its wings, they both fell again.

Aurelia was about to pull her sword from its sheath when a familiar voice stopped them.

"Don't you dare!" The creature stops flapping its wings and landed on the ground with two legs. Aurelia squinted her eyes to looked at the person.

"Rose?!" Dominika asked in disbelief.

"In the flash."

Rose made herself visible. She let her black wings disappeared inside her body. Rose let her fingers through her silky black pixie cut hair and smile at both of her friends.

"The daughter of Satan is here? What did we do wrong?!" Aurelia asked Dominika.

"I'm not sure. I'm pretty sure I didn't eat someone's pet again."

"You do realize that I am also the daughter of an angel and Vampire right." Dominika laugh.

"Hybrid! So sensitive." Dominika scoffed.

"What are you doing here?" Aurelia asked.

"I can smell the scent of my mate here and she's amazing. I haven't found her yet but she's amazing." They both raised their brows.

"Let's go to the palace," Aurelia suggested.

"Wait!" Dominika stopped them.

"Did you killed the Guards?" Rose shake her head.

"But I did shoot a person with my arrow." Dominika sigh.

"That's killing!" Rose laugh.

"What?! I was hungry." Aurelia chuckle.

"Let's go back to the palace and inform Thana about your arrival." Soon they arrive in front of the palace.

"THAT'S THE MONSTER THAT ATTACK US!!" The guards pointed at Rose. Kora squinted her eyes to see this so call Monster.

"THAT'S MY DAUGHTERS' FRIEND!" Kora screams at the guard's face. The guards bow and ran away from the queen sudden burst. Rose walk towards the queen and kneel.

"Well hello there Kora," Rose said and smirked.

"Rose Hardia. How's your Mother?" Rose stood up and smile.

"She's well. I was from Hell for some unfinished business." She replied.

"How's Satan?"

"Burning in hell like always." Kora laugh.

"Come in Rose." While they all followed the queen, Dominika touch Rose's shoulder.

"How did you become a vampire?" Rose smirk.

"A vampire rape my mother after Satan did,” Dominika nod.

"Yup. That bastard released his hot and smelly c*m inside my mother's v****a," Dominika immediately covers Rose's mouth.

"I don't need details." She releases Rose from her grip and Rose just laugh.

"Well, you asked for it."

"Why are you here Rose? Aren't you supposed to be keeping the gate’s of Hell and Heaven," Kora asked?

"I was flying around this realm when my over sensitive nose caught some scent. Unfamiliar, but surely a woman. She's my mate." Kora opens the door and smile.

"Well, I hope you find her..... Thana..." Thana looks up to her mother's calling and her eyes widen when she saw who's walking in the door.

"Rose?" Thana closes the book she was reading and went to her mother.

"The last time I saw you was when you suck everybody's soul with your scythe." Rose pretended to be offended.

"I never wanted to suck everyone. It was my mother's orders." Thana laugh.

"Sephora will kill you when she knows you're here. She still angry when you decided to kill her pet horse." Rose try to recall Sephora's angry face.

"That horse was ugly to look at. At least, killing him would make him reborn to a knight. That's what my mom used now." Thana shakes her head and invited her friends to sit down.

"Since you're here, I have a favor to ask." Rose whistled for a maid.

"Fresh blood please." The Maid nod. Rose turned to Thana.

"What kind of favor?"

"This." Thana handed a file to her. Rose open the files and smirk.

"The Red Sphinx?" Thana nod.

"Explain." Thana leans into the couch.

"This group of bastard blackmailing my in-laws. I want to kill them all." Rose's orbs glisten from excitement.

"KILLING?! Oh, Thank you really are my best friend." Thana laugh.

"So you're in?" Rose nod.

"I think Hell need more slaves after all. Daddy will be happy with me."

"It settles then. Rose will be on our team. You will come to the academy tomorrow." Rose furrowed her eyebrows.

"Why?"

"Meeting the pack members of course. Who knows, your mate will be there too." Rose smile.

"Ok then." Rose sigh.

Kharis and Kora were having a little time alone when they heard a knock on the door.

"Seriously! Every single time!" Kora said her frustration and zipping her pants again. Kharis laugh and open the windows, letting the scent of arousal of the room.

"What?!" Kora said to the person behind the door. Kora clears her throat when it's Thana.

Thana smiles sheepishly at her mother's.

"I'm interrupting something again huh?"

"Yup."

"No." Kora and Kharis answered at the same time.

"It won't be Long. I just have a couple of question..... About mating." Kora scoffed.

"We were just about to do it," Kora said under her breath.

"What?" Thana ask.

"Nothing. Ask your Mommy." Thana turned to Kharis.

"Mommy...?" Kharis smile.

"Sure baby. Come on." Thana was about to walk towards her mother when she saw she's half naked.

"Mommy..." Thana gesture her chest area. Kharis look down and laugh.

"Baby, you've sucked this 2 mounts before. Little peek won't harm you, come here." Thana sigh and avoided looking at her mother's breast.

She sits on the bed and Kharis was amused to see her daughter's reaction.

"Fine." She said and cover herself with the bed sheet.

"Now. Ask away."

"Thank you. I've asked Aurelia about it and she said the mating process involves biting? Doesn't it just s*x and released?" Kharis chuckle.

"That's marking, not biting. It's when you released some venom to your mate." Kharis explained.

"Venom?"

"You know, when vampires biting each other and stuff. That's what you have to do to your mate's necks. By then you will know if she will have golden hair like yours. It happened to me when your mom marked me. It will also release a couple of powers within your mate. Don't be surprised if she will be more powerful than you, Thana,"

"You will be affected as well when she sunk those canines in you. After that process, you will have the oblige to explore her body all you might. She's yours and yours alone," Kora said while she walks into the room. Kora took a seat next to her wife.

"You will be able to hear her inner wolf as well." Thana confused.

"Inner wolf?" Kora nod.

"Her inner wolf is her wolf form. You've seen her right?" Thana nod.

"That's her. You will be able to hear her. There's this... pack things. Like us, we can speak through our mind? The same goes for them." Thana nod.

"What if she carries my child?" Kharis squealed in excitement.

"I will be a grandmother! I want little kids all over this palace Thana!" Kharis said to her daughter. Thana laugh.

"I'll try Mommy."

"For the question you've asked, if she does carry your child, she will have to live in this palace. The best medical team will be arranged for her. Carrying a hybrid kid is no joke." Thana nod.

"Thanks." Thana bids her goodbye and excuse herself.

THANA'S POV

I get out of my car and waited for Essence and her sister to come out. Because Rose decided to go back to her own world to inform her parents about this sudden enrolment to the academy, she needs their permission. Moana was the first to walk out of the mansion.

"You smell like... someone." I raised my brows.

The only person who was near me today was Rose.

"What did you smell?"

"I don't know. It's fading. Well, probably nothing. Essence will be right down." After what happen to Barion, Moana looks so... depressed.

"You okay?" She nod. I was not convinced she's okay at all.

"You do know I can smell that fresh cut at your wrist right." Her eyes widen.

"Self-harming is not the answer. And I'm pretty sure someone who will be destined to be your forever will also not very happy with it too." Because knowing Rose she will go crazy. I smile at the thought. I don't know for sure but I think Rose is her mate. She can smell her scent on me. That's rare since a hybrid like Rose doesn't have any scent.

I noticed Essence walk out of the mansion.

"Nice. Love is in the air. Now I know the feeling when I'm being a b***h in front of Essence." Essence goes to her sister and gave me an apologetic smile.

"Well, Moana we talk about this. Barion is a d**k, he doesn't deserve you."

"I know." I open the car door for the sisters.

"Thank you. Now, Thana is a gentleman. She opens the door for us." Moana said. Essence smile and I closed the door when they both inside.

"Thana I like this car. Can I have it?" Moana asked me when I entered the car.

"Sure. I have lots at home." "Seriously?" I nodded and turn on the ignition.

"Moana was just kidding. You don't have to."

"I don't mind. We have lots of cars, bikes, and carriages."

"How much do we talking here? Because we have siblings." Essence covers her sister's mouth.

"She's joking." I laugh.

"Well, a lot. I can arrange for someone to deliver them to you all." Moana forcefully removes Essence hand.

"You do that princess, I'll be waiting." I laugh and nod.

"Will arrange everything." Essence looks restless.

"What’s wrong, Essence?" I asked.

"What will the queens say? They will say we the Morag's gold diggers." I laugh hard.

"Essence, my parents are not that shallow." She sighs.

"Yea Essence. That's your in law." Moana joked.

"Oh, I want to meet your wolf again today." Moana and Essence exchange looks.

"She saw you in your wolf form?" Essence nod. Moana turns to me.

"How do you feel seeing a black wolf?"

"Do I need to feel anything besides love and mesmerized by her beauty?" Moana smile.

"That's good. If you say otherwise I might have to knock your head off." I look at her using the rearview mirror.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"She's the only black wolf." Moana sigh.

"I'm an outcast." Essence added.

"But black wolf looks so hot," I said and winked at Essence. Essence blushed.

We arrived at the academy and Sephora open the door for the sisters.

"Thana, we have a problem," Aurelia said as I get out of the car. I smell something... Odd.

"What?" Aurelia pointed at the huge man with almost grey hair standing in front of the academy front door and questioned her.

"Barion's dad wants to talk to you." I nod and smile at the sisters.

"I'll be back."

"That's Barion's dad," Moana warned me.

I smile and walk towards the so-called alpha.

"Princess Thana." He said and bow.

"Barion's dad." He smiles rather forcefully.

"I'm Marion."

"I don't care. What is it you want to talk to me about?" I noticed his eyes twitched.

"I want to know why you nearly kill my Son, the future alpha." I laugh.

"You call that frail looking dog as your son? How embarrassing for you huh?" Again his eyes twitched.

"Be careful what you say in front of me, your highness." I took a step up to him.

"And what will you do to me, alpha?" I challenged.

"I'll make sure the Morag's will pay for this." I closed my eyes to calm myself.

"I would like to see you try." I glare at him with my bloodshot red orbs. I can see his feature changed from confident to surprised. He clears his throat, covering his fear.

"I think we've talk enough."

"You made the wrong decision by saying that. You will feel so much pain if you touch a single hair from the Morag's. Do we clear?" He nods.

I turn my back to him and walk towards the sisters and my friends. I took a deep breath and put on a smile on my face.

"What does he want?" Moana asked me.

"He warned me because I beat his excuse of a Son." I turn to Essence.

"Meet me in the gym after school." I turn to Moana.

"My friends can send you home." Moana nod.

"Or you can wait for us."

"I think I will wait. I want to see Essence." I laugh.

"Alright. See you two then." I nod at my friends and they nod back. I smile at Essence and walk towards the academy building with my friends.

"Call Anthony. I want my Ferrari to be sent to the Morag's. Ask him to put a card saying 'Here it is Moana'." Sephora nod.

"Thana. What are we going to about the hunters around here?" Aurelia asked me.

"You've noticed?"

"Please. We can smell everyone." Dominika said.

"From their movement, they all... Hiding, waiting." Sephora added.

"I'm worried about the pups. They probably want to hunt them for the farm." Dominika added my worries.

"Thank you for that additional info Dominika." I sigh.

"When will Rose come back?" I asked them.

"Probably tomorrow."

"Alert the academy. Watch every student closely. I don't want any innocent casualty." Sephora nod and walk towards the administration office.

"I want every guard to be on alert as well. Keep it Low profile," Dominika nod and walk towards the guard's squadron.

"Aurelia, keep your eyes open." She nods and we walk towards the building where the pups are.

ESSENCE'S POV

I was walking with Moana when Barion suddenly shows himself.

"Moana...." Moana rolls her eyes and grab my hand.

"Moana please listen to me."

"I don't talk to dead people." She said and drag me away. Barion insisted to follow us.

"GO AWAY!" Moana yells at him. Everyone was surprised to see them like this.

"Moana please listen!" Barion tries to talk to her again.

"I rejected you. Bye." Everyone around us gasped.

"You will pay for this Moana." His voice turns grim.

"Are you threatening my Sister?!" I ask him.

"I DONT TALK TO WEAKLING!" He yells at me.

"I AM NOT WEAK! I AM THE CROWN PRINCESS!" I yell back.

He was startled to see my sudden outburst.

"Next time, you should know better to threatened someone who will rule your whole existence," I said and grab Moana's hand. Moana didn't say anything. We just walk towards the gym.

"Who are you and what have you done to my Sister," Maona said as we walk inside the gym.

"Stop it. I'm tired of people say I'm weak."

"Awwwww.." She hugs me.

"Finally someone changed you to a very person you are." She said. I watch Thana stand up from the mat and smiled at us.

"Go and train sis," Moana said and let me go. I walk towards Thana and she looks at me.

"What?"

"Nothing. I heard what you said. It's good that you do that. Please do it often." I blushed. Thana laugh.

"Come here. Today we will have a little mental training." She gestures the seating area she made for us.

"What's with the candle?" She smiles.

"It's for ambiance." I sit on a pillow.

Thana sits in front of me and took a deep breath.

"I want you to close your eyes and breath normally. Relax your mind and follow what I say okay?" I nod and close my eyes.

"Okay. Take a deep breath......" Thana's soothing voice calmed me and I took a deep breath.

"Are you calm?" I nod.

"Great. Imagine you're in a vast field. Serenity..... Peace and quiet....." I sigh in relief and think of the greens.

"Relax your mind and focus on your inner self..... Now try to think of your inner wolf... Connect to her... Focus...." Suddenly I heard a slow calming music playing.

"Follow the sound and reach for the ultimate calmness...." Suddenly I saw something in front of me. That is like... Searching for something.

"Can you see it....." Suddenly I heard a growl. The black figure turns and face me. I was surprised to see it's me... my wolf.

"What are you doing here?" Is that...

"Yes... It's me who talking. Again, what are you doing here?" I'm not sure myself.

"I don't know...." I said to my wolf.

"I do..." I heard Thana's voice.

"I would like to meet you." Thana made herself visible.

"A vampire?" Thana nod.

"She's our mate," I said to my wolf. My wolf turns to Thana.

"Why would you want to be with us. We're weak." Thana went to touch my wolf's fur.

"I don't see a weak wolf. I see the most beautiful and strong wolf who will protect me when I needed her the most." My wolf purred with her touch.

"I love you." My wolf said. Well, that escalated to something different.

"I love you too." Thana kiss her snout and again she purred.

"Essence what do you call her?"

"Sence." Thana smile.

"Alright, Sence. If I ask you to train will you train with me?" My wolf nod vigorously.

"I will do anything for you. I will bare your child too." Thana laugh and I blushed.

"That's good to know." Thana rubs her back and she purred. Sence begin to lick Thana's face.

"Okay, Sence. We have to go. I will be looking forward to training you and Essence." Sence whined and doing little puppy face.

"Awww." Thana went to hug my wolf.

"I love you Sence..... Don't be sad..." I grab Thana's arm.

"Don't be clingy Sence," I said and bring Thana back to our world. Thana laughs at me.

"Are you jealous of your own wolf?" I slowly nod.

"You never that mushy with me." Thana laughs hard.

"Maybe I will." I was about to lean in when Sephora barge into the gym door looking out of breath.

"A pup was injured." She said breathlessly.
