Chapter Ten
Emilia rubbed her forehead with her right hand as her left was still heavy from another “episode”. It had been two days since the last attack, and each new one seemed to take a greater toll on her than the last. Physically, it could be another two or three days before she lost the sensation of feeling unequal. Financially, it was killing her. The last “episode” had cost Emilia her job.
“This is no good. I cannot…”
