Chapter 5

Over the next few months things were moving smoothly. Ace sat me down and I told him everything I know so he could track my ex and my uncle. Snake had Dave working around the clock to get my cottage done. It was on the back part of the compound but Wolf set up extra security and put a massive fence around the whole property. I just got off work with Natalie so I was headed to the clubhouse to cook for everyone. I walk in and kick off my shoes and get to work. I cooked spaghetti tonight cause I was just tired. Once it was done I went into Wolf's office and took a seat by the window and just leaned back watching the sun set. The door is thrown open and I jump in my seat.

"Sorry firefly. Didn't know you were in here" He tells me

"Was watching the sunset. Dinner is done" I tell him

"I'll grab some soon." He tells me

I hum and go back to my sunset when I feel him step up behind me.

"What's going on here?" Poison asks stepping in

"We are watching the sunset" Wolf tells him

Poison steps up and everyone is so quite I start nodding off. I must have fell asleep cause I woke up hours later and walked downstairs. The guys were sitting around so I grab a drink and go over sliding into Liam's lap and snuggling in.

"Still tired baby?" He asks wrapping his arms around me

I hum and he chuckles and kisses the top of my head. I shiver from the air in here and a few minutes a blanket is laid over me.

"Thank you" I mumble

I'm turned and my legs are pulled into another lap and they are covered and I sigh. My tummy cramps suddenly and I whimper.

"What's wrong?" Liam asks

"Cramps. It's what woke me" I tell him

"What do you need?" Wolf asks

"Pain meds, a heating pad, chocolate and wine" I grumble

Chuckles ring out and I peak a eye open and they shut up.

"I can do as soon as the store opens. But pain meds I can do now" Wolf tells me

I hum and he walks away and comes back and Liam hands me my drink and pills are dropped in my hand. I throw them back and drink them down. I close my eyes again and sigh. Hands slither under my shirt and I tense.

"Just me baby" Liam says

He starts massaging my tummy and I groan.

"Hurt?" He asks

"No feels good." I tell him

I cramp again and whimper.

"Lift" I hear

I open my eyes to see Bear looking down at me. I sit up and he kneels down and takes reaches around me strapping a stuffed animal to my belly. I look at him confused.

"It's got beans in it. You heat it in the microwave. Natalie keeps stuff here for when we have to stay here." He tells me

I hum and lean back and he pulls the blanket back over me.

"Better?" He asks

"So much better" I tell him

About a hour passes and I dose in and out and whimper again.

"reheat baby?" Liam asks

I nod and he pulls it from me and hands it to someone and a few minutes later he is putting back in place.

"Come on i'll lay down with you" I hear

I was lifted and laid down a bit later and sigh when I stretch out. I passed right out and when I woke up the next morning I stumble down to cook breakfast and find the boys cooking.

"I'm here. Move over" I grumble

"Sit" Wolf commands

I drop down onto a bar stool and my bottom lip quivers.

"Woah baby no need to cry. We are just cooking cause you don't feel good. The one week you get out of cooking for us unless you really feel up to it" Liam tells me

A tear slides down my face and Wolf growls but Poison beats him and scoops me up and wraps me around him and carries me around rocking me.

"Let it out little demon" He tells me

I sniffle and Natalie walks in and when she sees me crying she rushes over.

"Baby she's fine. It's that time of month." Bear tells her softly

"Oh sweets. What do you need?" She asks

"I have a list. Let's go. I'm making my lasagna tonight" Bear says

"Chili?" I ask softly

"I can make it sweets" Natalie says nodding

"And sweats" I tell her

"Got it babe. I'll be back. Eat something and take some meds and relax." She says rubbing my back

Bear kisses the back of my head and they leave. Poison goes to sit me back down and I tighten my hold on him and whimper. He chuckles and goes over sitting down with me straddling him.

"Open" I hear

I sit up and open my mouth and two pills were dropped in and a drink was handed to me and I down it and hand it back. Arms move over me and strap the stuffie to my tummy again. I snuggle back into Braydon and sigh. He rubs my back and I hum.

"Tired?" He asks

"So tired. But if I sleep to much it will screw my schedule with Nat" I tell him

Club whores walk in being loud and I whimper.

"Quiet" Liam rumbles

"Here baby" Wolf says

I sit up and he hands me a plate. I chomp down on some bacon and moan.

"Hey do we" I start

A bowl is handed to Braydon and I grin. I tip my head back and grin.

"Thank you baby" I say grinning

I reach over grabbing a strawberry popping in my mouth and I groan.

"Well fruit needs to go on the list" Wolf says

"Watermelon. always watermelon" I tell him

"Wolf" A club w***e whines

She touches him and he steps back from her.

"I'm spoken for. Touch me again and your band" He snarls at her

Her eyes widen and she looks at me and she sneers.

"Look at her like that again and I'll rip your extensions out" Lexie snaps

Her eyes widen and everyone stands in front of me putting a barrier between us.

"Actually I would like you to leave and not come back" I say sweetly

Her jaw drops.

"You can't band me" She screams

I look at Wolf and he smirks.

"Ask Firefly. Ask and I'll give it to you. Say the words." He says standing by me

"Please" I ask softly

"Please what?" He commands

"I want her out" I say sternly

"Your band" He says to her

Her jaw drops and I smirk.

"Prospect toss her out and deny her access to everything." Wolf commands

A man grabs her and drags her out and Lexie comes over to me smiling.

"Felling better babe?" She asks

"Can we reschedule? It's shark week" I tell her

She winces and nods.

"Not a problem. Anything I can get you?" She asks

"No honey. I'm fine. Thanks tho" I say looking behind her

"Your family. They care about you. We know what we are but we don't cross that line. If we know someone is spoken for we move on" One says

"Eat little demon" Braydon commands

I finish off my food and Wolf takes my dishes and I sigh.

"Sorry little demon gotta snuggle with someone else. I have to get to the garage" He tells me

"Can I come with?" I ask

His eyes widen and everyone turns to looks at me.

"Of course you can. You never have to ask. Wanna put on something different though?" He asks

"T shirts are in the top drawer" Liam tells me

I smile and stand up and goes to my room and change into some shorts and a t shirt of Liam's but not before taking scissors to it and making it more comfy. I walk down and Liam hands me a bag. I look inside and my eyes tear up.

"Thank you" I say

He kisses my forehead and I walk over to where Poison is talking to Wolf.

"You ok with the bike? Or we can take the SUV." He says

"SUV I don't think I can handle the bike this week" I say softly

"Baby I'm not mad. I asked. We can take the SUV no problem." He tells me

I nod and he takes my hand and starts to walk out.

"Freeze" Wolf commands

I turn to look at him and he walks towards me and offers me my phone.

"oops" I say

He rolls his eyes and kisses my forehead and Poison pulls me to the SUV. Once I was settled her drove the fifteen minutes to the garage.

"Hey there Boss. Problem with the bike?" A man asks him chuckling

Poison opens my door and I slide out and the mans eyes widen and his jaw drops. He takes my hand and walks me in the big bay door. All the men heads pop up and their jaws drop.

"Boys this is Annalise. She is going to join us today. So best behavior or you deal with my little demon not me. And do not touch her without permission, she doesn't like it" He says sternly

"Miles, ma'am" He says dipping his head at me

"Nice to meet you" I tell him

"Ok little demon office or with me?" Braydon asks

"You" I say softly

"Alrighty then. Let me put that in the fridge for later" He says

I nod and he takes my bag and walks away.

"Damn it." I hear

I step over and see a man looking down trying to reach down for something he dropped in the engine.

"May I?" I ask softly

He looks at me up and down and sighs. He steps back and I look up and down.

"Um got something I can stand on?" I ask

He moves a crate over and I step up and lean over and reach down grabbing the wrench he dropped. I pull it out and hand it to him and step down.

"Thanks" He grumbles

"Sure" I say

I look to see Braydon standing there with his jaw dropped.

"What?" I ask

"Benny doesn't talk to people baby. He's a angry fucker." He says

I slap his on the arm hard and he hisses.

"rude" I snap

Beeny eyes me from the side and his eyes widen.

"Sorry man." Braydon grumbles

Chuckles ring out and Braydon rolls his eyes. I follow him over to a truck and Miles brings a chair over and nods at me. I take a seat and lean back pulling out my phone. About thirty minutes later I was bored.

"Bray" I say

"Yeah babe?" He says from under the truck

"Is there a speaker system?" I ask

"yeah." He calls

I find it and connect to it and turn on some music. I get up and walk over bending down to look at what he's doing.

"Can I help?" I ask

"Come over here shorty" Benny calls

I jump up and walk over and he kicks the crate over and I smile. I stand on it and he shines the flash down and I lean down and reach from what he dropped. I strain to reach it when a cramp hits me and I cry out.

"f**k" I growl out

Head snap towards me and the rush towards me.

"Back off." I snap

They stop and I lean down and push my self up on my tippy toes and grab what he dropped. I pull back dropping down on my feet and sigh handing it to him.

"You ok?" Braydon calls

"Cramp" I call

I see faces twist and I smile.

"I'm fine I promise. I'm not going to die from it" I say rolling my eyes

"Come on trouble. Let me teach you something" Benny says

"You mean how your trying to stick your big hands in that small opening to replace the fuel injectors?" I ask

His eyes widen and I smirk.

"Just cause I'm a girl doesn't mean I don't know s**t. And your using the wrong size wrech which is why you keeping dropping it" I say

I spin on my heel and go back to Braydon.

"Come on baby before you scare all my guys" He tells me

He was still under the truck and I walk over straddling him and lean down to look at what he's doing. He tenses and I realize what I did and I jump up. He slides out looking up at me. I stands and takes my hand and leads me to the office. He closes the door and I stand there wringing my hands together.

"Baby look at me" He commands

I peak up at him and he smiles at me.

"Your getting bold" He tells me

"I'm sorry" I say quickly

"Hey I didn't say it was a bad thing. I had no problem with you being like that. If your ok with it so am I. No questions asked unless I feel like we need to discuss something" He tells me

"I'm not use to PDA. I'm still scared of most male related s**t. Liam is easy. He's gay." I say

"So we start small. You had no problem holding my hand right?" He asks

"No." I say shaking my head

"A kissing your head?" He asks

"No" I say again

"Alright so we stay small. When you want to take the next step do it or we discuss it. Slow remember. Yes or no. No judgement ever." He tells me

"Ok. I can work with that" I tell him

"Back to work?" He says

I nod and he takes my hand and kisses the back of it and we walk out and the guys stiffen.

"I'm fine." I say softly

Benny offers a wrench and I smile. I walk over and step onto the crate. A song comes on and I start singing along. I get lost in helping Benny and singing that I finally notice all the guys bobbing their heads to the music.

"What the f**k" I hear behind me

I look over my shoulder to see Wolf standing there.

"Hi" I say grinning

"Hey Firefly. What are you doing?" He asks

"Replacing fuel injectors. I got the tiny hands. Benny here doesn't" I say smirking

"Have you taken lunch meds or eaten yet?" He asks

"Not yet. Gonna finish first" I tell him

"No ma'am. Time for meds and a snack at least. Banana or grapes?" He asks

"Grapes please" I say

He walks away and comes back opening my dr pepper.

"Open" He commands

I open my mouth and he pops two pills in and puts the bottle to my mouth. I take along drink and sigh. He holds up a grape and I take it and chew and dip my head back down twisting the wrench.

"We need a bigger step stool" I growl

"I'll order one little demon" Braydon calls out

Hands grip my hips and lift and I freeze.

"Relax it's me" Wolf says in my ear

"Down please" I whisper

He lowers me and frowns.

"Office now." Poison snaps

He stomps past Wolf and he finally follows him. I stand there worrying my bottom lip when they walk back out five minutes later. Wolf walks up to me and smiles.

"Baby steps. I'm sorry Firefly. My mistake" He tells me

I look at Braydon and he kisses my temple and goes back to work.

"Baby steps" I whisper

"Understood. Now can I?" He asks

I nod and turn and he lifts me and I reach down finally getting the last one in place.

"Done" I call out

He places me back down and I hand the wrench to Benny.

"Nicely done shorty." He tells me

I smile and he winks at me. Wolf opens his mouth and I snap.

"Unless you want smacked like Braydon don't open your mouth" I say

Wolf's eyes widen and chuckles ring out.

"Damn it" I hear

I walk over and laugh. I lean down and fiddle around and grab what was dropped and pass it off.

"Shorty we need to keep you around" Miles says

I smile at him and he reaches forward but stops and I nod. He wipes my cheek with a rag and winces.

"You smeared it didn't you?" I ask

"Sorry" He says

"No worries. I'm covered in grease. It's not my first rodeo" I say

"How?" He asks

"My older brother was into cars. He taught me" I say with a small smile

"I'm sorry" he tells me

"Me too" I say back

I cramp again and wince.

"Go sit for a bit" Braydon calls out

I hum and walk over scrubbing my hands in the sink. Once I was done I dropped down into my chair and finished off my grapes. I started singing along to the music and waws scrolling on my phone. It got quiet so I looked up to see everyone looking at me. Braydon winks at me and goes back to work. I stand and a woman walks in and freezes seeing me. I step over to Braydon and look at what he's doing.

"What you doing trouble?" He asks

"Watching." I say softly

"Shorty" Benny calls

I walk over to him and he looks at me.

"We really gotta get a step stool for you. Wanna change the oil?" He asks nodding at a bike

"I've never worked on a bike before. My brother wouldn't let me near them. Always said I'd kill myself" I mumble

"I'll teach ya. gonna be my little student" He says

My phone rings and I see it's my brother.

"Hello" I say answering it

"How you doing Lise?" He asks

"I'm good. Moving forward. Changing the oil on a bike" I say winking at Benny

He chuckles and shakes his head.

"What?" He yells

"Calm down. I'm tinkering" I tell him

"Fine. I want to come visit" He tells me

I grin and my eyes tear up.

"Really?" I ask sniffling

"Of course. I miss you." He tells me

"When?" I ask

"I can leave tomorrow. Stay for a week" He tells me

"Sounds good Nicky" I tell him

"Text me your address." He tells me

"Um i'll text you where to meet me. We need to talk before I take you to my home" I tell him

"Fine. I'll see you tomorrow" he says

"Alright" I say with a sigh

"I love you Tink" He says

"I love you too" I tell him

I hand up and a arm wraps around my waist.

"He's going to flip" Braydon says

"he is but he loves me and he will see i'm safe" I tell him

"Come on shorty" Benny calls

I walk over and sit down by him and he goes step by step showing me what to do. Before it was done I was doing a oil change by myself. When I finished I stood up and yawned.

"Come on let's go home so you can rest" Braydon tells me

I nod and I wave to the guys and we head for the compound. We walk in and a party was going on. I go over to the bar and sigh.

"Lu" I call

He comes over and pours me a glass of wine and I take it and head for Wolf. A club w***e was near him and I slid past her and slid into his lap and he banded a arm around my waist.

"Good day Firefly?" He asks

"I had fun." I tell him

"Again I'm sorry about earlier. I wasn't thinking" He tells me

"Small steps" I remind

"Small steps" He says

"Here babe" Braydon says

He hands me a cheeseburger and I inhale it. I lean back sipping my wine and the club w***e still stood there. I looked at her and smiles softly.

"Can I help you" I ask

Wolf chuckles and everyone gets quiet.

"Choose those next words wisely" Natalie snarls behind her

"No." She squeaks and runs off

"Good day love?" Natalie asks

"Good day apart from my cramps" I tell her

"So I heard your brother is coming for a visit" Bear says sitting down

"he is. He is going to lose his ever loving mind." I grumble

"It will be ok" Nat tells me

"Oh I know it will. I will kick his ass. Besides if I cry he will crumble like the big softy he is" I say shrugging

"He loves you and wants you safe. Go easy on him babe." Braydon tells me

"I know he does. He was mad at me for so long cause I wouldn't see him when I was married. I couldn't let him see me like that" I say with a sigh

"And now you can. Embrace it" Nat says with a smile

"I'm gonna go lay down" I say

I stand and head for my room. When I open the door Liam was on my bed. I strip and slide on a t shirt and he opens his arms and I crawl in and snuggle into him and sigh.

"Sleep baby" He tells me

I hum and close my eyes. Before I know it I'm waking up the next afternoon. I get outta bed when my phone rings.

"hello" I grumble

"It's me. I'm here" I hear

"I'm coming" I tell him

I get up and shower and throw on some clothes and walk downstairs.

"Annalise River Collins" A voice snarls

A shiver rolls down my spine and my head snaps up and I grin and take off running full speed and leap at him. He chuckles and catches me and spins me around hugging me tight.

"Damn i've missed you Tink" He says into my shoulder

"Missed you more" He says

I drop down and he looks me over and sighs.

"Now start talking" He commands

"The little blonde found me. She helped me. I work with her. She's a lawyer. Her husband is in this MC. Snake hired me to be their chef. Good benefits. I feel safe here" I tell him

"hey baby" Liam says

He kisses my temple as he passes me and I smile.

"Hey I woke up alone" I call after him

"Sorry darling. Duty called" he says

"Oh" I mumble

"Hey everyone is fine. I just had to run out to grab something for later." He tells me

"Ok." I tell him nodding

"You tell her business?" My brother asks

"No we don't. We tell her enough to keep her calm. Aint that right Firefly?" Wolf says

"Of course. Keeps my anxiety down" I say

"Hungry lil mama?" Braydon asks

"Bray i'm not a mama" I tell him

I spin around to see him standing there with a massive dog on a leash.

I grin and jump at him wrapping my arms and legs around him and kiss him. He tenses but relaxes and kisses me back.

I jump down and kneel down and the beast licks my cheek and I giggle.

"Oh your going to be my fluffy marshmallow." I coo at him

"His name is Hannibal" Braydon tells me

"Of course it is." Wolf snarks

"I like it. Just don't go biting mama's ass" I says

I stand and turn to see Braydon and Wolf smirking at me.

"Oh hell no" Nickolas snaps

"Back off. Not your business" I snap

Nick steps towards me and every man in here stands and steps towards him and he freezes and looks at me with wide eyes.

"Don't look at me. You come at me and I won't stop them. I can take you but I feed them who do you think they will choose?" I ask him

"She is our Queen. Step at her like that again and I will end you" Bear snarls behind Nick

Nick spins around and gasps seeing how huge Bear is. Nick scurries back and I giggle.

"It's ok Teddy Bear. I got this" I tell him

"Baby come eat" Liam calls

I got over and sit down and he sits pancakes and a bowl of fruit in front of me. I eat and take my dishes to the sink and kiss his cheek and go back to the find the boys talking to Nick.

"You in a better mood?" I ask sitting in Braydon's lap

"Yeah. I know you will be safe here and she scares me" He says looking at Natalie

"Threatened his balls?" I ask

"I told him I would gut him like a pig" She says playing with a knife

"Put it away and play nice" I tell her

She huffs but puts it away anyways. A song comes on and I look at Nick and he smirks.

"turn it off" I whine

"No way" he says grinning

"You like B Witched?" Natalie asks

"Obsessed" Nick says shuddering

I start singing along and Natalie joins me and Nick groans.

"Not you to" He grunts

"My first concert." Natalie says

When it ends I die laughing.

"I haven't heard that in so long. Makes me miss them teenage years." I say grinning

"I don't. You always blasted your s**t to loud" He says

Another song comes on and Natalie starts singing. She belted the lyrics and my jaw dropped at her voice. When she finished I grinned.

"Woah." I say

"Her pipes work great." Bear says lovingly at her

Nick turns on Only Hope and raises a brow at me. I sigh and close my eyes and let the words flow. When I open my eyes when it's done jaws were on the floor.

"Wow." Nat says

"Her pipes work great as well. Been singing since she could talk. Use to drive me insane. Now I've missed it." He says

"Missed you too Nicky" I tell him

Another song comes on and I laugh loudly.

"How are the boys?" I ask

"About thirty minutes from you." He says smirking

"Still doing their thing?" I ask

"Of course." He tells me

"We should visit" I tell him

"tonight?" he asks

"Of course. I need to do some shopping tho" I say

"Oh let's go" Natalie says standing

I turn and kiss Braydon and stand and lean over kissing Wolf on the cheek. He tenses and I look at him.

"Small steps" He says

"Small steps baby" I tell him

"Have fun. Keep your phones on." Bear calls after us

After a few hours I had what i needed and we headed back to get ready. On the drive over I was nervous. When we walk into the bar door I give a loud whistle. Heads snap up and then five grown men are running at me. I was lifted and spun around and passed around.

"hells bells our girl is back" Alex shouts

"Can you make room for me tonight?" I ask softly

"you don't even have to ask tiny" Jake says

I walk up on stage and my guys stand around watching in confusion.

"Can I do a warm up?" I ask

Heads nod and I pick up the guitar and sigh. I start off and the boys follow and I get into it and start belting out lyrics. Nick grins and I get lost in the music and when I'm done i'm panting. A softer melody starts and I tense. I spin around to see Austin singing our song. I pick up on the melody and sing along. When it ends I place the guitar down and walk over hugging him melting into him.

"Mine" Poison growls loudly

I smile and look at him and smile. Austin pulls back and takes my face in his hands and leans forward kissing my forehead.

"Love you Tesoro mio." He tells me

"And I you Amore mio" I say softly

He steps back and let's Braydon pull me off the stage.

"You speak Italian?" Wolf asks

"Austin is Italian. His dad is the Italian Mafia Don" I whisper

His eyes widen.

"Little Heart" I hear

I spin around to see Masimo standing there.

"Daddy M" I scream

I stumble over to him hugging him tight.

"Oh sweetheart. Where have you been? I searched for so long" He says

"We have alot to talk about" I tell him

"Of course. Now which two belong to you?" He asks

"Daddy M. This is Poison, Wolf and Cueball" I tell him

"Three?" he asks in shock

"No. Liam is gay. But he is mine" I tell him

"Ahh I understand." He says nodding

"Dad" Austin says

"You really think I wasn't going to see her with my own eyes?" His dad snaps

"I know it's why I called you." He says nodding

"Thank you Aus" I whisper

"Of course. Dinner?" He asks hopefully

"We can go to the house. I think Tux's would make your boys uncomfortable" Masimo says

"Hey I look fantastic in a tux" Liam grumbles

"Of course you do baby" I tell him

"hey" Wolf snarls

"Hey he tells me when my ass looks good" I says shrugging

Masimo laughs and I giggle when a scream rings out. I'm taken down to the floor in seconds Austin lunges for a man.

"Aus no" I scream

I struggle to get out but i'm held down. I cry and scream and kick but i'm not let go. I sob and curl into myself.

"Babe open your eyes" I hear
