Chapter 29 Savannah felt the early strays of sunlight bathe her face through the slats in the walls. She sat up groaning in pain from sleeping on the lumpy mattress. She cracked her back and tried to loosen up in preparation of today. Today she escaped. A sense of foreboding hit her, but she brushed it off as paranoia. It was just from the talk with Drew.
