Three months earlier…
For Nova most of the days settled into a rhythm, a mixture of pushing herself to learn and using her new skills to gain more access to the ship, punctuated by short meals of water and the tasteless food.
Most days. The rest started out the same way but were interrupted by distressing events. Often that meant battles. Whether they were against the Tainted, against small fleets of pirates or against near defenceless stations the Mailed Fist was victorious every time. The Limited were proving to be particularly effective, when given very specific tasks.
