Blurb

Three buxom and beautiful women, Margaret, Dahlia & Betsy, have known each other since grade school and have delighted in each other’s company for many years. The women, all dominant bisexual’s, swear an oath that they will remain close and always keep an upper hand when it comes to the men in their life. Dahlia, the first to marry and only one to give birth, is the leader of their group and mother to the equally domineering Emma. Margaret and Betsy envy the motherdaughter relationship, and seek to find their own children at the Holy Angels Orphanage. While there, they meet Richie and Allen, both young, weakwilled boys and the women find them perfect to control and raise as their own. Richie and Allen grow up under the watchful eye of the heavyhanded women. Their boyhood antics they explored in the orphanage are not tolerated. The boys are completely controlled; where they go to school, what they study, where they will get jobs, and most importantly, who they will marry. Over time, Margaret discovers what Sister Benita, the head of Holy Angels Orphanage, meant when she confessed Richie was really a girl in a boy’s body. As punishment, Margaret dresses Richie in girl’s clothing and makeup, but realizes it is not necessarily a chastisement to the feminine boy.

Of the three of us, Dahlia, Betsy and me, Dahlia has always been the leader. She will tell you it is because she is a year older than Betsy and me, so, we just naturally look to up to her. There may be some truth in that, but it is more complicated. Dahlia is simply the most caring insightful hard working take-charge woman I know. She has never failed to place others before herself. She is a dedicated mother and to her credit a devoted domestic disciplinarian. In her home, she rules the roost. Just ask her husband, Jeremy, and her daughter, Emma, who is following in her mother’s footsteps. We three first came together in Sister Mary Ignatia’s second grade classroom. We have been inseparable ever since. It was pure happenstance Betsy and I even met Dahlia. She had been held back and made to repeat second grade because of a serious bout with rheumatic fever. Sometimes I wonder how different our lives might have been had we not met her. Oh, we have had our differences over the years, but we have always worked things out. We have stuck with each other like three peas in a pod. We have been through a lot, always supporting each other through the emotional lows and soaring highs. I have come to love these two women as if they were my blood sisters, which in fact they really have become. Our shared common belief in feminine superiority first surfaced one snowy night at Dahlia’s slumber party. Back then, we were seventeen and thought we knew it all… Book One
