Chapter 15

Sebastian:

I arrive to her apartment and begin to make my way to her door and knock. She quickly opened the door almost as if she was waiting for me to arrive and said, "I was expecting you a bit later." I smile at her as I hand her the bouquet of roses and she says surprised, "This is unexpected." She took the bouquet and smelled them. She was beautiful no matter what she did and I said, "I was thinking about you and when I saw the bear I thought of you." I saw her blush as she said, "Thank you, they are beautiful and the bear reminds me of you." I looked at her confused as she smiles and says, "He's big but soft." I chuckle as she lets me in. I close the door as she begins to walk to her kitchen. I was still holding the bear so I walk to the living room and place it on the sofa. She walks towards me as she says, "I set the table for our dinner. I walk to her and hug her as I say, "Thanks." She freezes then I smell the slightest hint of arousal but it goes away quickly. She says softly as she moves away from me, "You need to refrain from touching me like this. " I felt a bit hurt but turn her around to face me as I ask, "Why?" She opened her eyes and said as she looked me in the eyes, "I need to get used to this." I smile as I give her a quick peck on the cheek.

We go back to the dining room and she had already set up the plates. We eat in pleasant silence while we kept smiling and giving each other flirty looks. Once we finished she said, "How was your day?" I let out a loud sigh as I said, "Not the easiest." I was remembering the fact that every minute away form her was torture to me. She gives me a tender smile as she says, "Do you want a massage?" I smile and say, "Are you sure?" She smiles and blushes a bit as she says, "It's just a massage." I lick my lips playfully as I say, "Sure." She rolls her eyes but says amused, "Follow me." 

Alice:

He follows me and I go to my room. He smiles and says, “What kind of massage is this going to be?” I laugh and say, “Just lay down on the bed.” He smiles as he says, “Dressed or undressed?” I smile as I roll my eyes, “Dressed.” He chuckles then says as he takes his shirt off, “Too late.” I shake my head but let him do as he wants. He is now half naked and I c***k my fingers and he says as he looks at me sideways, “You’re not going to hurt me, right?” I smile and say, “I wouldn’t.” He relaxes a bit and I sit on top of him. He chuckles and I begin to massage his back . He lets out a sigh and says softly, “Your hands are magical.” I smile then say, “I like yours too.” He turns and says, “What’s wrong?” I freeze and say after I lay next to him, “I don’t think this is a good idea.” He smiles and says, “We are taking this slow.” I shake my head and say, “This is not slow.” He smiles sadly but says nothing. I sigh then say as I hug him, “This is slow for our species but I think this is still moving too fast.” He hugs me then asks a bit hesitantly, “Do you feel anything for me?” I sit up and see his eyes closed but hear his heart beating faster. I slowly place my lips to his and kiss him softly. He puts his arm around me and I say softly, “I do feel something for you and it scares me.” He opens his eyes and I look into those beautiful hazel eyes that captivate me. He smiles and says, “I don’t fear what I feel.” I smile and say as I kiss him again, “I do.” We kissed softly then it turned into lust and passion. We once again began to let our raw instincts flow but I knew that all I wanted was to be as close as I could be to him before I left. 

Sebastian:

As we walked to her room I felt like something was off. She was happy but a bit hesitant. I smile and ask, "What kind of massage is this going to be?" She laughs as she says, "Just lay down on the bed." I smile and say, "dressed or undressed?" She smiles as she rolls her eyes and says, "Dressed." I chuckle as I take my shirt off and say, "Too late." She shakes her head but doesn't protest any more. I hear her c***k her fingers and I say as I turn to have a look at her, "You're not going to hurt me, right?" She smiles at me as she says, "I wouldn't." I relax and I feel her sit on my back then she begins to massage my back and I felt like all my stress and worries just vanished. I let out a sigh as I say, "Your hands are magical." She says softly, "I like yours too." I turn to her and ask, "What's wrong?" I see her freeze then she gets off my back and lays next to me as she says, "I don't think this is a good idea." I give her a reassuring smile as I say, "We are taking this slow." She shakes her head as she says, "This is not slow." I smile but I'm lost for words hearing her feelings. She was regretting meeting me and allowing me to be near her. She sighs and that brings me back form my mopping session and she says, "This is slow for our species but I think this is still moving too fast." I closed my eyes and hug her as I say the one thing I didn't want to ask, "Do you feel anything for me?" She sits up and I let go of her but keep my eyes closed trying to myself calm. I feel the bed shift then I feel her soft lips on mine. I wrap my arms around her and she says, "I do feel something for you and it scares me." I opened my eyes and she looked at me with worry and love. I smile as I say, "I don't fear what I feel." She says as she kisses me, "I do." We just kissed then it became passionate and our bodies did what they wanted.

Alice:

The first week passed quickly and I was already dreading having to leave. I had transferred most of my patients to Jane and she was handling it well. I was still seeing Mrs. Brown and also meeting Sebastian everyday. We were going out on the weekends and we would go to eat dinner instead of spending our time in my bed. We didn’t mind but after thinking a bit we decided to act like a couple for a bit. I was loving him more each day and I was regretting leaving but knew I had to do this in order to be able to help his pack as well as change the view that vampires had on werewolves. The last week was passing much faster and on the last day I was fearful of what he was going to do the next day when he couldn’t see me. 

I spent the night with him and he was up early the next day talking about an attack that he had to go help sort out. I said softly as I got up, “When are you leaving?” He sighed then said, “I have to leave tonight.” I nodded and then said, “When are you coming back?” He sighed then said, “I’m not sure.” I smiled then said as I gave him a kiss, “Well, go do your duty. Please keep yourself safe.” He nodded and gave me a kiss. I wanted to hold him longer but I let him go making sure he didn’t suspect a thing. I walked him to the door and kissed him again as he was leaving. 

Sebastian:

We spent everyday together and I was loving it. I wanted her more and I wanted her to come back with me to my pack but she wasn't ready. Our time together felt like a dream, I was scared that I would wake up and find that she was not real. One morning I got a call form Alpha John requesting help due to a rouge attack on his pack. I was annoyed that they had been attacked but I was more annoyed that I had to go help them and leave my mate. After I hung up on him I heard Alice's alarm go off. She began to stir as she turned it off and I said as I sat on the bed, "Good morning, babe." She smiled then said, "Good morning." I gave her a peck on the lips and said, "I'm going to have to go help an ally that was attacked." She said softly as she got up, "When are you leaving?" I sighed as I said, "I have to leave tonight." She nods then asks, "When are you coming back?" I sigh again feeling annoyed that I had to leave but say, "I'm not sure." She smiled sweetly as she say, "Well, go do your duty. Please keep yourself safe." I nod feeling happy that she worries about me and kiss her again. We got dressed and she walked me to her door and gave me a goodbye kiss. I felt sad that I was leaving her but I knew that as soon as I finished I could come back to her.
