Chapter 41

I looked at the werewolves and said, "Are they all from your pack?" He looked around and smiled as he said, "Some of them are." I smiled then said, "Why are you here?" He said serious, "This pack has an alliance with mine and we are helping them with some rogue attacks." I looked at him and said, "What's a rogue?" He smiled as he said, "I'm surprised you don't know." I smiled then said as I scrunched my face, "I kind of didn't pay much attention when it came to other species." He chuckled then said, "You sound like a snob." I laughed then said, "I was more into politics and warfare." He chuckled then said, "Does that mean I should be scared of you?" I laughed as I said, "Not unless you decide to cheat on me." He smiled as he pulled into a beautiful 4 floor wooden house. I looked at it and said, "This place is beautiful." He smiled then said, "You actually like it?" I nodded then said, "This is so cute unlike the castle." He smiled then said, "You must spend a lot of time there?" I nodded as I said, "Yes, the castle is beautiful in its own way but nothing like a simple home to be cozy." He smiled as he got out of the car and ran to my side to open the door. 

I got out and as he took my hand Jake said, "This place looks so cozy." I smiled then said, "I know, I think I will have one like it made for my mother." He looked at me and said, "She would love it." I smiled and nodded but before I could say anything a woman said, "Alpha Sebastian, welcome back." I looked at her and she nodded at me. I gave her a nod as well then I sensed like someone was looking at me. I turned towards the direction I sensed it but it vanished. The woman said, "I am Alpha Laura and this is my pack, The Silver Moon Pack." I looked at her and gave her my hand to shake. We shook hands and I said, "Is there a vampire here?" She smirked as she said, "Why do you ask that?" I looked her in the eye before once again looking towards where I could feel someone looking at me and saying, "I can sense someone looking at me from afar. They aren't a wolf because I wouldn't be able to sense them apart form the rest but this one is different almost familiar." She smiled then said, "Actually, we do." I looked at her and Sebastian said, "Why didn't you say that sooner?" I sighed then said, "He'll be here any second." They looked at me confused then we heard a crash and I turned to see Jake being thrown towards us. 

I caught him before he broke anything again and I saw a middle aged man with white hair and red eyes. He looked at me and I felt my body freeze. He frowned then said, "All you had to do was ask me to come out." I dropped Jake and said, "Who are you?" He smiled and said, "I don't really know but you look familiar." Everyone looked at me then Jake said, "No way, he looks just like your father!" I looked at him then I felt my body shake and I had to take a deep breath. Jake quickly got up and grabbed my face as he said, "Are you okay?" Sebastian growled and I said, "I need you to make a barrier. NOW!" He quickly began to recite the enchantment and the barrier formed. My hair turned white and I closed my eyes. Sebastian tried to go to my side when Jake said, "Please stay away form the barrier." He glared at him and said, "Why?!" Jake bit his lips trying to keep quiet but finally said, "When she gets really upset her powers tend to get out of hand." He sighed then said remembering something, "Do you have her bracelets?" Sebastian said, "No, I think she left them in the car." Jake said, "Good, if you can bring them to me." Sebastian sighed frustrated but did as he said. 

He returned with the bracelets and said, "They are pure silver." Jake nodded then saw Sebastian holding them and said, "Drop them, you will get really hurt." He winced but was still holding them. The man walked up to him and took them from him. Jake cleared his throat and said, "If you can just go in and placed them on her wrists before she goes more out of control." He looked at him and said, "I can't go in there." Jake sighed as he said, "If you are who we think you are, then you are the only person that can go in there without getting hurt." Everyone was looking at him and then they looked at the sky that was now thundering and dark clouds were forming. He said as he looked up, "I can detain her physical body from hurting anyone but her powers will begin to raise havoc all around us." The man nodded and began to walk towards the barrier. He slowly walked to it and he placed one hand on it and it went right in. Jake smiled and said, "Now sir, please go in and place the bracelets then get out quickly." He walked in and as he placed the bracelets on me he saw me crying and he felt so much pain seeing me like that. As he walked away I said, "Dad, please don't leave me again." He turned to me and I hugged him as my eyes opened. My red eyes pierced his heart and he felt like he couldn't leave me so he hugged me as he said, "Hush now my half moon." I began to calm down and the dark clouds began to dissipate. 

Jake broke the barrier and said, "Are you oaky, Lady Alice?" I took a deep inhaler then said, "It's him." He nodded as he said, "Yes, he was able to go into the barrier without having me break it." I let go of him then said, "I'm very sorry I reacted like that." Sebastian was standing on the side very quiet and I said as I cleaned my tears, "I thought my father was killed many years ago when I was young in an attack but somehow he is alive." He looked at me and said as he grabbed my white hair, "Why do I feel like I know you but can't remember?" I smiled then said, "You might have lost your memory?" He nodded and said, "Maybe." Sebastian said, "If he is your father, is there any way to prove it?" I looked at him then said as I smiled at him, "Yes, we share a birthmark." He frowned and I said, "On his left shoulder he has a birthmark like mine." Sebastian said, "Can you show us your left shoulder?" The man unbuttoned his shirt and showed us his shoulder an it had a birthmark shaped like a crown. Sebastian looked at it then said, "You have that mark on the right shoulder." I nodded as I unbuttoned the first top buttons of my shirt and showed them my birthmark. He said, "Why can't I remember?" I said as I fixed my shirts, "I don't know but if you want to try and remember you can have some of my blood." He sighed then said, "Let me think about it." I felt sad but I knew that this was new to him just like it was new to me. He began to walk away and Jake said to Sebastian, "I'll keep an eye on him if you can keep an eye on her?" He nodded as he walked up to me and hugged me, "Yeah." I hugged him and said, "I'm sorry about the disturbance." He chuckled as he said, "I was surprised you didn't pass out." I smiled then said, "I was taught to always try to stay strong all the time but if I ever was to loose control I had to be placed in a barrier and the bracelets help a lot with keeping me in check." Laura said, "Well, I think this will be more exciting than my Alpha and Luna ceremony." Sebastian laughed then a man said as he grabbed Laura's waist, "No one was expecting this." She nodded then said, "You're right, babe." I smiled then said as I ran a hand through my hair and turned it brown again, "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to steal your night." She laughed then said, "No problem. I can share the night." We laughed as I said, "I like you." She smiled then said, "I like you too, want to get something to drink?"  I nodded as I let go of Sebastian and walked up to her. She hooked her arm to mine and began to walk me inside.
