The Vampire Luna

Chapter 2

As I walked to the staff room I tried to calm down but nothing seemed to work. I was suddenly grabbed by a pair of hands that sent  tingles down my spine. I turned to meet those hazel eyes and I was suddenly floating on cloud nine. He looked at me sternly and his eyes seemed to penetrate my soul. I was mesmerized by his eyes and touch. He slowly got closer to me and before I knew it he was only centimeters away from kissing me. His hot breath brushed against my lips and the scent of fresh rain in the forest seemed to emanate from him. I felt my body heat rise and our lips grazed each other as he took a deep breath. I was awakened from the trance by the sudden clicking of heels. I turned toward the noise and knew it was Mandy, she was the only person in the whole building willing to use heels. I quickly pulled him inside one of the closest rooms. 

We were in a room all alone, he was now holding me by the waist from behind and I was facing the wall trying to be quiet enough to hear her footsteps walking past us. I sighed once she was gone and I tried to move but was pinned by Sebastian. I felt his arms wrapped around me tightly and his head was buried in the crook of my neck. I felt my body tense up but also heating up from the proximity. I tried to move again but my attempt only made me rub myself on him. I was becoming aroused from the proximity and he let out a low grunt that sent chills down my spine. I inhaled sharply as I felt myself be held tighter and my body was now sensitive to any movement. He took a deep breath and the sudden movement only seemed to make me more aroused. He said softly in my ear, “Who are you?” I shivered and I felt my core become moist and I bit my lip trying to suppress a moan. He took another deep breath and he said, “You’re aroused.” I felt embarrassed and I quickly moved away from him. Not being close to him made me sad and yearn for his warmth and touch again. I gave him a confused look then said, “Stay away from me.” He licked his lips then said, “How are you going to fix your arousal?” I glared at him then said as I looked at his arousal too, “You should be more worried about that than me.” I turned away and made my way to the nearest bathroom. I heard him chuckle just before I left him and it sent chills down my spine again. 

After stopping by the bathroom to calm down I went to the staff room to get something to eat. Jane was not there and Derrick was sitting in one of the couches with his arm over his eyes. I walked in and opened the fridge to find a bag with my name on it. I grabbed it and sat at the table to eat. Derrick said softly, “I’m sorry about what happened earlier.” I sighed then said, “No problem, just don’t do it again.” He sighed then said, “I promise.” I smiled as I finished my food. I got up, threw my garbage away then said to Derrick, “Do you think you can do me a favor?” He removed his arm from his eyes and looked at me waiting to hear the favor. I said uneasily, “Can you get Mrs. Brown’s breakfast plates from her room?” He smiled then said, “No problem.” I gave him a small smile then went back to doing my rounds. 

It was getting late and I decided to make Mrs. Brown the last patient of the day since I was scared of running into her grandson. I made my way to her room and as I entered I noticed that he was still there. I smiled at them and said, “Sorry for the interruption. I just came to see if you needed anything before I left, Mrs. Brown?” She smiled then said, “I missed you. I didn’t see you a lot after this morning.” I smiled then said, “I’m sorry, I will make it up to you tomorrow. I got a little busy with another patient, won’t you forgive me for today?” I gave her my puppy eyes and she smiled then said, “Of course I will.” She opened her arms and I walked up to her and gave her a hug. She held me tight and said, “You should go out with my grandson.” I began to blush but managed to calm myself before I let go of her and said, “Are you trying to play matchmaker, Mrs. Brown?” She smiled and said, “You two make a perfect couple.” I gave her a small smile then said, “Get some rest. I will see you in the morning again.” She smiled and before I got out of her bed I felt the tingly sensation creeping up and down my leg. I looked at my leg and noticed his hand brushing against my leg softly. I got up and said my farewells before walking away. 

I felt like my body was on fire from that simple touch. I never imagined a stranger would make me feel like this. I walked quickly to my car and made a haste escape before I bumped into that man again. I went shopping for groceries before making my way to my apartment. I was making lunch for 3 tomorrow so I had to cook before I went to sleep. I returned home without any issues and I decided to put the groceries away and began to prepare some of the food. I had everything ready to cook and I decided to go take a shower before starting to cook. I made my way to my room and began to undress. I entered my bathroom and turned on the warm water. 

As I got in I felt the sensation of Sebastian’s arms around me and his body touching me. I felt myself becoming hot and I sighed frustrated. I turned the water cold and took a cold shower to calm down. I got out quickly and said to myself, “You are acting like a schoolgirl with a new crush. Snap out of it, you are a grown woman and aside from that you are a vampire.” I sighed loudly hearing myself being reminded that I was a vampire. I had stopped thinking about my immortality a long time ago. I was trying to be a human and do things that humans do. I got dressed quickly in my pajamas and made my way to the kitchen to begin to cook. 

Once the food was ready and packed I made my way to the living room to watch a movie before going to bed. I decided to watch a horror movie, hopefully that one will make me forget about that man. I watched the movie while drinking wine and I was just about drowsy when there was a knock at my door. I looked at my watch and saw it was midnight. I got up and made my way to the door making sure no one knew I was walking near it. I looked through the peeping hole and saw no one. I made my way to my room but someone knocked again. I frowned but ignored it this time. I grabbed my sword from the closet and went to bed with it. Sleep took me as soon as my head hit the pillow.

After I fed my grandmother I told her I need to talk to Alice and she smiled widely as she said, "Go get my future granddaughter in law." I smiled then walked out of her room. I was wondering how I was going to find her when her light scent caught my attention. I inhaled deeply and began to follow it and before I know it I see her walking a few feet away. I walked up to her and she must have been in deep thought because she didn't notice me walking up to her and I grabbed her waist to make sure she wouldn't run from me. She jumped slightly almost like she could feel the sparks between us. She turned to meet my eyes and I was suddenly mesmerized by her dark brown eyes. I saw her eyes tint red a bit and I looked at her sternly trying to see if the red tint was my imagination. I slowly got closer to her and before I knew it I was only centimeters away from kissing her. I could feel her breathing quicken and her scent was even stronger this close, I loved it. She sent my senses into overdrive and I did not want to stop feeling this. I took a deep breath and exhaled softly. I began to smell her arousal and I found myself moving closer until I grazed her lips when I took a deep breath again. She quickly turned her face away from me and I felt hurt but then I noticed that someone was walking towards us. She quickly pulled me inside one of the closest rooms. 

She closed the door and I wrapped my arms around her slim waste as she moved closer to me trying to listen to the person walking by. I heard her sigh once the person was gone and she tried to move but I was holding her tightly as I rested my head on the crook of her neck. I felt her tense up but also arousal was getting stronger. She tried to move again but that only made her rub herself on me. I was being driven insane form all her attempts to move away from me and I let out a low grunt that made her very still. I took a deep breath and that seemed to make her even more aroused, I was very happy that she felt something towards me. I said softly in her ear, “Who are you?” I felt her shiver and I could tell she was trying to suppress her voice. I took another deep breath and said, “You’re aroused.” She quickly moved away from me and gave me a confused look as she said, “Stay away from me.” I licked my lips after seeing such a sexy expression on her face as she tried to hide her arousal then said, “How are you going to fix your arousal?” She glared at me then said as she looked at my groin area and said, “You should be more worried about that than me.” She turned away and left me alone in the room. I chuckled as she left and I was planning what I should do in order to get this woman to admit that she fees attracted to me. I quickly adjusted myself and walked back to my grandmothers room but on my way I was trying to calm down before I made a fool of myself in front of my grandmother.
