CHAPTER 3: ROARING MUSCLES

Izuku: I needed someone to tell me that, the person I admired most in the world did, honestly, part of me never expected to hear that, much less from him

(Y/N): I can't believe it, the greatest hero, told Us, two Quirkless fanboys, we can be heroes! 

All Might: Yes, And you Izuku shall inherit my Quirk!

Izuku And [Y/N]: What do you mean inherit? 

All Might Nods. In acceptance of this truth. He lifts his finger into the air.

All Might: Listen Well young man! This is your choice!

All Might draws his finger to Izuku as blood splurges from his mouth 

All Might: do you want to accept my awesome power or not!? *BLEGH* 

Izuku and (Y/N) stare in confusion. Not realizing the extent of All Might's Quirk 

All Might wipes the blood from his mouth and speaks calmly

All Might: there are a couple things you two should know about my abilities, Journalists assume my Quirk is super strength or some sort of Invincibility, when people ask in interviews, I usually make a joke and dodge the question. It's because the world needs to believe the Symbol of hope is a natural born hero. But I'm not, there's nothing natural about my abilities.

All Might looks up to the sky, and extends his arms out. 

All Might: I wasn't born with this power, this Quirk comes from someone who passed it down to me, and you're next young man, I can give you my abilities 

Deku sits up

Izuku: wait, this is a lot to process! 

Deku begins to think, Muttering to himself.

Izuku: It's true that there's debate online about what your Quirk is, nobody's ever figured it out, it's one of the words greatest mysteries! People constantly talk about it online. Well, the idea of passing on a quirk is insane, it's never been heard before, Powers are supposed to be singular to an individual, I mean since the first superhero it's never been know that someone can give their power or someone else that's crazy, if this is true we will have to rethink everything we know about quirks, all bets are off-

All Might turns to you. Confused

All Might: does, he do this a lot?

You sigh, turn to a Muttering Izuku as the world around him is crumbling 

(Y/N): yeah, he does, sorry About that. 

You turn to Deku. You extend your hand and firmly slap him in the back of the head

Izuku: Ow! 

Izuku grips his head. You look at him slightly annoyed.

(Y/N): Quit Nerdin' Out will ya?

Izuku: S-sorry! All Might extends his hand as a white light comes out of it.

All Might: that is just one faucet of my Abilities. The Name of my power, is One for All, one person improves the power, and passes it on to another, it continues to grow as it's passed along. This cultivated power that allows me to save those in need of a hero, the truth behind my strength. 

Izuku: but why me? Why me of all people. 

All Might looks at Izuku.

All Might: Because, you ran, jumped into action as everyone else was too scared to, you were Quirkless. But you acted like a hero.

Izuku is shocked by it, tears run down his face as yo sigh. I swear his Quirk is Crying. 

All Might chuckles.

All Might: Cmon Kid! You're going to have to stop crying if you want my Quirk!

Izuku wipes the tears off his face. You extend your hand to him. He takes it as you help him up.

Izuku: Okay, I'll do it! I'll inherit your Quirk! 

But it wasn't that simple. As Deku and I came to learn.

This is Episode 3 Roaring Muscles 

Two days Later. Dagoba Munciple Beach Park

[Fun Fact; this was named after the Dagoba System. In Star Wars]

You're in your running gear heading past the Park. Your mind in tatters after the explosion of your Quirk. And how it came to be, in that moment your mind opened up to new experiences, and you were able to, tap into some legendary potential. 

The Psycho 100. There is the occasional headache or two, but. So far nothing much has changed. Except activating the Quirk. That's what you can't do, just yet, your running is halted by the sounds of a 15 year old boy struggling to exist. 

Izuku: *Extremely Trying Grunts*

Your ears perk up to his sounds of a Bunch of Smurfs trying to Fit in a Pair of Hooker's Boots, You stop as you watch, Izuku trying to Pull a Fridge with all Might on.

All Might: Hey Hey Hey! How's it going down there?! People move these every day you know, and most don't have super strength.

Izuku face plants into the ground as you Walk over. Izuku: well yeah, but, there's an extra 600 pounds with you on it.

All Might: Nah, I cut down to 560 these days. Oh Look! It's fanboy number Twooooooo!

You fold your arms Confused as Deku looks like a hobo. 

(Y/N): what's going on? 

All Might chuckles and Takes pictures of Izuku with his Red Samsung. You can only assume it's a Samsung.

All Might: I'm training young Midoriya So he can use my Quirk, but it's clear he's not ready.

Izuku: I thought you said I was worthy! AAAAAAAAAAH-

All Might: I mean your body Fanboy! My Quirk is a lot to handle, the combined physical abilities of everyone who's Used it creates a hurricane of force. An unprepared body wouldn't withstand its power, your arms and legs would shoot off if you tried!

Y/n: Ouch

Izuku: Seriously?!? So, this is a hardcore workout, and you're my trainer.

All Might gives a thumbs up. 

All Might: Exactly! And Young L/N! If he's willing. 

You kindly decline. You smirk and walk off.

(Y/N): no thanks but, you do your best Izuku, I know you can! 

All Might turns to you. Watching you leave, as he Sternly utters

All Might: Not wanting to train your Quirk? Your father would be disappointed.

You stop in your tracks. Izuku looks shocked as the sand itself begins to heat around your body. Our hair beginning to flare. You turn to All Might, a Cold look on your face.

(Y/n): what did you just say to me?! 

All Might holds his ground. Knowing something you don't.

All Might: I said your father would be disappointed, his son not wanting to better himself. You disappoint him.

Your Hair fully sticks up as the Psychic aura arrives. Your eyes cold and evil as you slowly approach all Might, a wave of energy surges within you. All Might Chuckles as Izuku finds a place it hide.

All Might: Good! I knew you could awaken it again! You stop in your tracks. Your body flowing with intense power.

(Y/N): awaken? 

All Might nods, Excited by the showing of your immense power. Clearly he strives for the future.

All Might: Yes! You see, Psycho 100 First awakens through high emotional pain or stress, when you saw young Midoriya trapped, you realized he was going to die if you didn't do anything, your good friend, dead. So, the emotional push caused the barrier in your brain and body to be shattered! And you awakened your Quirk! And I have to say it's one of the most powerful I've ever seen!

It's fairly impressive! But highly dangerous, the more Raw the emotion, the less you're able to control your mind once you change, you're a lot like your father, that you both want to protect your friends, even at the cost of your life, im sure he's proud of you. 

Your hair lowers back to normal as you relax. You turn to all Might, strength and resolve within your body!

(Y/N): I'll Forge my Own path! Through sheer effort I will be the best! There's only once certainty in life, a strong man Stands tall and Conquers All!

The sheer Passion in your voice causes All Might to Laugh with Joy

All Might: THATS THE SPIRIT FAN BOY! 

All Might turns to Izuku

All Might: it seems that you have a training partner! 

He taps the massive fridge, denting it. 

All Might: I did some online research the other day, And this side of the beach used to beautiful, but it's been a total mess for the last few years. 

Izuku: that's right, everything that lands in the ocean ends up here. And people have been using that to illegally dump trash.

All Might begins to crush the fridge with ease.

All Might: Days were different before quirks, service is what mattered! Heroes served the community, even if it was boring!

As he slams it into he ground the sheer force causes a massive amount of Trash to go flying, exposing the beautiful sunset. All Might looks at you both the sunset behind him as the water shimmered with a Beautiful Glitter.

All Might: you two will restore the entire coastline, to us former glory, this is your first step to becoming heroes.

All Might looks out into the Horizon All Might: being a hero is near impossible without a quirk, it's not fair but it's the reality.

Izuku pipes up 

Izuku: then I need to get ready for your Quirk fast!UA Exams are in 10 Months! 

All Might turns to him. Slapping some paper.

All Might: not to worry kid! What I have here is my aim to pass American Dream plan!

Izuku begins to read it as he looks shocked.

Izuku: it even has my sleep scheduled... All Might leans in comically

All Might: if I'm being honest this is going to be super hard! Are you ready?!

Izuku: Y-yeah, sure I am, I have to work harder than anyone else to get in! 

All Might turns to you.

All Might: you don't have to do this Schedule-

(Y/n): I want to.

All Might looks confused. 

All Might: you want to do this?!

(Y/n) nods, walking over it Deku and putting his hand on Deku's shoulder

(Y/n): were training partners, and best friends. I'll help him through it all!

Izuku gleams as all Might chuckles. What fanboys! 

(Y/n): The Next Ten months were absolute Hell, Carrying junk, Doing homework, exercise, running. And A crap ton of Mental Training, I had to go to he extremes to see the full extent of my Abilities, but over the months, I was able to active it with, more control. I'm able to create fields and momentarily float, Telekinesis is what all Might said I still need a Emotional Push to Tap into the rest, But it's getting better. I told my mom all Might was training me, she didn't believe it at first, and hated the idea. But, eventually she understood, and wished me well. The one thing I did get used to was Izuku grunting. I had nothing to do with his grunting, he was struggling to exist. But we did it.

"I Want People to see my fearless smile, and be just like you"

"I'll Forge my own path, though sheer effort alone I will be the best, there's only one Certainty In life, a strong warrior stands tall and conquers all!" 

All Might can't help but smile. Laughing with pride, that's fighting spirit! 

February 26th, Exam Morning. 

All Might reaches the Beach, and notices it, the beach has been cleared. The beach shines perfectly as the sun gazes upon the horizon. All Might is shocked. As he hears the war cry of two young men, who were pushed to the limit. And overcame everything.

All Might: Holy... Stinkin... Supercrap!

Izuku and Y/n collapse in exhaustion. All Might catches them both as he stands them up. Gazing at their handiwork.

All Might: and only with minutes to spare! You two are truly unstoppable! You two have gone beyond my expectations and surpassed them! I am proud of you both!

All Might pulls a single strand of hair from his head as he speaks to Izuku.

All Might: there's a difference between begging lucky and being deserving, once is an accident, 

the other is a reward! Do not get the two confused. Take that to heart young man, this gift you earned it with your own valiant efforts.

Izuku smiles, you can't help but smile as well.

Watching your friend achieve his dream, Izuku held out his weak, Quirkless hand, and grabbed the future!

All Might: Eat this!

Izuku:... Uh 

Y/n:... What?!

All Might: To inherit my Quirk you have it swallow some of my DNA that's how it works

(Y/n): that doesn't sound right..

UA High school. Entrance Exam 

Izuku Rushes to the exit, slightly disturbed as you're right behind him, more casual.

Izuku: I hope I'm ready

You pat him on the shoulder.

(Y/n): don't worry, you'll do fine! I promise. You worked just as hard to get here. You deserve it.

You both hear a very familiar sound of Stupid Deku. You both turn to see Katsuki approach.

Deku: Kacchan!

Katsuki: Get out of the way before I set you on 

fire.. 

(Y/N): god Damn, someone is on their period..

Katsuki walks by, giving you the most evil glare. Your eyes lock for a second until he heads in. You start to walk in. Izuku turns to the door, gripping his bookbag

Izuku: I'm not defenseless anymore, I have to remember all the work I put it, thanks to all Might and (y/n), I'm actually gonna be a hero! 

Takes one step 

*Trips* 

Deku: Or I'll just Die..

Before Deku could eat s**t. Something stops him, you turn to see Deku floating. He screams first until someone helps him. A girl, Brunette hair, bangs, rosy cheeks. With a pink sweater. She actives her Quirk as he stood floating.

Waifu Girl: are you okay? I stopped you with my Quirk, I'm sorry I didn't ask first but I'm sure you didn't mind

Izuku: Wha-.. Wh.. Huh.. I..

You come back as you look confused 

(Y/n) : Are you okay Izuku?

The girl turns to you, her face flutters like she's fallen in love. And you look at her.

As a song plays in your head, love?

I'm in love..

Waifu Girl: Y-yeah I just stopped him from tripping with my Quirk. It's super exciting Are you two friends?

You nod. (Y/n): sorry he's such a, goof.

Waifu: It's okay! Anyway I'll see you two inside!

The girl heads in as you turn to Izuku.

Deku: wow, I actually talked to a girl

(Y/n): no you didn't that was me.. *sigh* Nevermind.

Inside the Large room, The Vocal hero Present Mic is Giving presentations. Izuku is Fan girling as you're too busy focused on his hair. How does he get it like that? Who is his barber? So many questions! 

Present Mic: Like your applications says, you guys and gals with be doing 10 minute Mach Battles! After I drop the mic you'll head to your

Everyone looks at their cards as oh have battle center B. So does Izuku, Except Katsuki,

Present Mic: in the arena, there will be opponents you will battle worth points! You use your badass quirks to Smoke these Feax Villains and earn points. 

Seems easy enough, until someone pipes up

???: excuse me! 

The light shines upon a man, blue hair, parted in the middle, glasses with a tan s**t and blue tie

???: it says on the Form there's 4 villains! But you've only shown three, this is a mistake, expect the best from UA, this is a travesty. 

Soon he points to Izuku

???: Additionally you with he unkept hair, you have been muttering this entire time, stop it. If you can't take this seriously leave!

You stand up. The light shines on you. 

(Y/n): Hey! Watch who you're talking to, that's my friend, his hair may Be unkempt

Deku: I-

(Y/n): shut up Deku I'm talking for you, if you'd shut your mouth and listen, I'm sure he'd explain the problem. So why don't you tuck your little tie in, sit down, and take that silver spoon you have in your mouth and shove it up your-

Present Mic: woah woah let's calm down now! The last Villain is worth 0 points, they're worth nothing, so they're a good idea to avoid. All good?

???: thank you!

He sits down as you do as well

Present Mic: Alright! Let's get you kids down to the Battle Zones! You ready to go beyond? Let's hear a PLUS ULTRA!

*Silence* The students go to the battle zones as you're in your running gear. You're stretching as you take deep breaths, Deku looks like he's about to crap himself.

(Y/n): You Okay? He turns to you Izuku: y-yeah, Just, scared You pat his shoulder (Y/n): don't be, you got training from the greatest hero all Might, you ready?!

Izuku slaps his face.

Izuku: Yeah! Let's go Y/n!
