Love Amongst Enemies

Countryside The sun shone bright in the sky as Larissa, Charlotte, Anya, and John laid out on a picnic blanket just outside the pack house. Catalina and Marley were working together on a pack members car while Jazon sat on the porch swing pretending to read. He was actually watching and observing their surroundings being the ever watchful big brother. Charlotte and Marley were the only ones who didn't look like they were apart of the family to those on the outside looking in. John, the Alpha of Blue Moon Pack, was a tall hulk of a man standing at six foot eight inches tall, with blonde dreads going to the middle of his back with an equally long beard, round sharp blue eyes, and always wearing a farmer's tan. Catalina, his wife and Luna, was a petite woman who looked like the sun adored her, golden tan skin with waist length dark brown curly hair, complimented by almond shaped light brown eyes. Catalina, was a mechanic for the pack. They had two natural children, Jazon and Larissa, who had their share of each parent. Jazon has short brown hair with his dad sharp blue eyes and was nearing the same height as his dad and cursed with the same tan lines. Larissa had Catalina's eyes matched with beautiful blonde curls and golden colored skin. Larissa's daughter Anya, had her curly blonde hair and the hazel eyes of her human mate who passed before her birth. Charlotte also known as Charley to her family and pack members, was brought to the family by Red Tiger the Luna of the Blood Fang pack. Around the time the Chinese Arctic Fox tribe left the mountains of Britannia, Charlotte was found at the base of them at the age of four. Red Tiger knew the Crenshaws were looking to expand their family by taking in others and thought she would do best with them. Charlotte is the smallest in the family with a height of only four feet and nine inches. She has white hair naturally that was a common trait amongst her old tribe. She has dark brown eyes and olive toned skin. Charley mostly sticks to herself and takes care of the babies and young children of the pack when she is not in school or studying. The only other person she converses with is Marley. They were adopted around the same time and had been inseparable since they met. Marley came from a tribe in Aethiopia. The Alpha named Abeo had contacted John about taking in the young boy as a few of the tribe thought it bad luck to have multiple would be Alpha's in one pack, and since Marley's family were initially Omegas they were forced to give him up and left him with Abeo. His pack also wasn't fond of the boy so he reached out to John and Cat to take him in. Catalina immediately knew she had to be the one to go. When they came back they were greeted by John and Charley.  Marley and Charlotte hugged each other upon meeting and had always been extremely close since. Marley is still very dark skinned and equally dark brown eyes, however he wears his dark hair like John's but always pulled back so he can work on cars with his mom. Unlike his brother Jazon, he has a few good inches over John. Something he likes to tease Jazon about.  Today seemed to be like any other spring day, until Jazon shot up and began sniffing the air. Charley immediately picked up Anya and stood next to Marley and Catalina, whom looked over in the distance at the tree lines.  "Dad, it's James." He looked over at his father and stood up walking towards him as his father moved towards the spot Jazon was looking at " He brought someone."
