“I Elias Strongwell future Alpha of the blood moon pack reject you Aurora Gilmore as my mate and future Luna!”
The pain that shot through me at that moment was unbearable I dropped to my knees I felt like my heart had just been ripped out of my chest. Tala was in my mind whining.
“I'm so sorry Tala, this is my fault. They still don’t believe me about that night. It's my fault you are hurting.”
“It is not your fault and if they do not want us fine! We will not show them weakness, we are special Aurora and we will be ok, I will try and siphon the pain from you, but accept the rejection and then we will leave this place!”
I stood up with my head held high even though my chest was killing me with the pain.
“ACCEPT THE REJECTION!” screamed Elias.
“I Aurora Gilmore of the Blood Moon Pack accept your rejection.” And with that, I ran as the pain almost took me. I ran until I was back at the clearing as my emotions were so high and I started to feel the pressure build up again. At that time I let out another
Blood curdling scream and I was struck by lightning, everything went dark. I’m in an underground cave with a waterfall that leads to a beautiful waiting pool. The water in the pool is shimmering with bright florescent blue lights while the water is so clear you can see through to the bottom. There are rocks set around where you can lounge and just dip your feet into the pool.

How did I get here?
I have calming feeling about this place, but I don’t know why. The last thing I can remember is meeting my mate future Alpha of the blood moon pack Elias, He rejected me and I accepted. As I was trying to put the pieces together I heard a voice.
“Hello, my daughter how I have missed you.”
I turned around and there was my mother! I ran into her arms and just broke down in tears.
“Aww sweety I know you have had a hard time the last 3 years and I wish I could say it will get better but something is coming and you need to be prepared.” I was so lost.
“Mom what coming, what is going on how are you here!?”
“The moon goddess allowed me to be here, now that you are 18 and your powers have come in you need to know what is coming.” I was so lost what was happening, next thing I knew a woman with long white hair and beautiful blue eyes was walking towards us. I would know who she was anywhere.
“Moon goddess.” was what came out of my mouth. She smiled.
“Yes my dear heart you may call me Selene, you are after all one of my direct descendants.” I was shocked at what was being said. Me what was so special about me! My mom and Selene looked at each other than at me.
“My dear, do you remember the attack from 3 years ago?” I nodded my head, of course I remember I lost my mom my Luna and my world that day.
“My dear, the rogues that attacked were after you.” I stood there frozen.
“What do you mean they were after me!? Why me?”
My mom turned to Selene and then Selene started to talk. “Little one there are very few wolves that are direct decedents of me, but you are one of them. You have a pure heart and soul and you have the power to control the elements. You are stronger than an alpha and you are the true leader of the wolves, the one true Luna.”
I stood there in shock at what I was hearing was I really this powerful and if I was why couldn’t I stop my mom and Luna from dying that day?
Selene sensed my questions and she continued talking. “I know you have a lot of questions but we don’t have a lot of time here and you will be waking up soon. I need you to trust the twins they will guide you and they will help you. A war is coming they are coming for you, you have the power to stop them you will just need to train and learn, lean on Tala she will be there for you.” I just nodded my head I had so many questions but I asked the one I was most curious about.
“Moon goddess, why did you mate me with Elias? Why put us together when he thinks I killed his mother and make me get through that rejection!?” I asked with tears streaming down my face, the pain in my chest from the rejection was still there.
“I'm sorry dear heart but I needed you to go through that pain in order to get you here to this point. I was also hoping that they would have realized their mistakes, but I see that was not the case.” I stood there and just took it all in I can see my mom on the verge of tears due to the pain I had endured.
“I’m sorry mom, I'm sorry I couldn’t protect you and the Luna.”
“Oh my sweet child it wasn’t your job to protect us it was ours to protect you and I'm so sorry your dad and brother have turned their backs on you I wish I could be there but it will be ok soon you will see. I need you to stay strong and listen to Tala.” Just then Tala appeared at my side. I nodded my head, I don’t know what was coming but I did know I needed to be prepared.
“We will see you soon, Aurora.” with a final hug to my mom and Selene, I was thrown back into reality.
I was still passed out on the forest floor there are leaves all around me underneath a big oak tree that was snapped in half. What happened? Did I really have that dream?
Tala was in my head. “yes Aurora, it was real, your mom and Selene were really there and you got to see her again.” I was so emotional I knew I needed to get back to the omega quarters before the end of the night as there was a big day ahead tomorrow.
The morning came and I was feeling exhausted these new powers were draining and I really needed to learn how to control them, But one thing I know for sure something bad is coming and I need to get away from here and fast. I will be leaving tonight after the ceremony when everyone is partying and drinking, they won't realize I’m gone until it's too late. I don’t want to hurt anyone even though they don’t believe me this is still y pack and I would hate for them to be hurt due to me.
I pack my bag and then head to the pack house. Let's get this over with so I can leave and not think about it again.
