“My name is Luke.”
“Sorry for bumping into you, Luke. Have a good day,” I reply, smiling at him while stepping around him.
“May I have your name, beautiful?” He asks me.
“Brenda,” I reply, smiling sweetly at him.
Luke’s eyes narrow slightly before he quickly covers his reaction with a smile.
“Nice to meet you, Brenda,” Luke replies, emphasizing the fake name I gave him.
I nod my head and give him a small smile before turning on my heel and making my way quickly out of there.
