CHAPTER FOUR

Reign woke up in a different room,the room was painted blue and the beddings were also blue matching the curtains. She stretched lazily and got out of the bed and went through to the bathroom to freshen up. After she was done taking a bath,she put on a pink sleeveless dress and left her hair untied. She went downstairs and found Roman on the dinning table having breakfast. "Good morning"Roman greeted and Reign just hummed a respond and sat down opposite Roman. She served herself breakfast and ate without looking up at Roman. Roman finished his breakfast and got up, "am leaving, get ready by six we have a party to attend. I'll sent you a dress"he said and left. Reign finished her breakfast,cleaned the dishes and decided to tour around the house to buy time,she came across a door and she opened it,she was greatful that she found a library. Since she didn't have her phone and was in a foreign country she decided to read.

Roman came back and the house was so quiet,there were no movements. He went to the room and didn't find Reign,he asked the guards if Reign had gone out of the house but they never saw her. "Search every corner of Rome and bring Reign back to me"Roman said and went upstairs,he then noticed the library door was unlocked. " Who opened this?" He pushed the door open and got inside,he sighed in relief when he found Reign asleep on that couch with a book in her hand,he went closed today her and crouched down,he was about to take her in his arms when she murmured something which made Roman stop, "l love you Jax" Roman felt like he would explode with anger,how could his woman confess her love for another man in his presence and to the man who is cheating on her with her stepsister. Roman closed his eyes and took a deep breath before opening them again. "Reign wake up" he called out in a calm voice but he was far from calm. Reign heard Roman's voic and opened her eyes slowly,she noticed the angry expression on Roman's face and got tensed. Roman face soften when he saw Reign tensed. "Go get ready we have a party to attend to" Reign nodded and went to the room to get ready while Roman used the guest room to get ready.

Roman was waiting for Reign downstairs as he type on his pho e,he heard Reign's footsteps on the stairs and looked up. His throat dried when his eyes landed on Reign,she was putting on a long maroon gown with a side slit and had her tied in a bun with light make up as usual. Roman couldn't tear his gaze away from her,he didn't want to miss a moment. He watched Reign taking small steps down the stairs. "Am ready"Reign said bring him out of his trance. Roman moved closed to her closing the gap between them and captured her lips in a slow passionate kiss making Reign's breath hitch. He parted her lips and explore her mouth with his tounge.

Reign didn't respond nor pushed him away,seeing that Reign wasn't responding to his kiss he pulled her more close to him and deepened the kiss. Reign brought her hands on his chest and pushed him off her . "Let's go" Roman said out of breath. He took Reign's hand and let out of the house to the limousine that was waiting for them. He opened the door for Reign and went to his side.

They arrived at the hotel where the party was being held,Roman open the door for Reign,he held her waist and led her inside. "Stay by my side okay ?"Roman said after noticing the way men were ogling at Reign. She just rolled her eyes in response. "Roman what a pleasant surprise to see you here" a man of about fifty years said as he approached them. "What do you want Romano?" Roman asked pissed off already. "Come on Roman wouldn't you introduce me to this pretty lady you have here?" He said with a smile that was irritating Roman. "Let's go"he said and pulled Reign away.

Roman was busy talking with some men and Reign was bored so she decided to go get herself a drink at the bar. "Can l have a glass vodka please?"she ordered. The bartender brought her drink and she thanked him. "Why are you all by yourself beautiful?" Someone asked beside her,she turned and met with a blonde with blue eyes smiling at her,he was the same height as Roman but Roman was more muscular than him. "Hi am Brandon and you are?"he said extending his hand for Reign. "Reign"she said shaking his hand. "So why are you sitted here alone?"he asked again. "I was bored so I thought of getting a drink"Reign replied honestly. "Would you mind if I ask you for a dance"

"No I wouldn't so shall we" she said smiling and offered her hand to Brandon. He was about to take Reign's hand when someone held his hand. They looked up and found Roman glaring at Brandon. "She is mine Brandon,so stay away"Roman said in a cold voice. "I didn't see any mark on her indicating she was yours Roman"Brandon said. "You want a mark?" Roman asked with a raised brow. He let go of Brandon's hand and took Reign's,he yanked her off the chair and crushed his lips on her. The kiss wasn't a soft on but rough,he bit Reign's lips making her wince. He moved his lips on her neck and sucked hard. Reign felt her knees giving up and held Roman's biceps making him suck even more harder, Reign had to bite her lip to stop the moan that was threatening to escape. Roman finally backed away and examine his artwork. "You wanted a mark,here is it"Roman said making Reign slap him and leave. "Uuh,didn't expect that?"Brandon asked with a smirk. Roman glared at him the last time and followed Reign. He got outside and found the limousine leaving. "f**k"he said under his breath and took out his phone to call Axel to come pick him up.

Roman got to the room and found Reign sitted on the bed. "Reign am sorry I know that what I did was stupid"Roman said but Reign's attention was at the bathroom door and she looked tensed,Roman sense that something was wrong. He took out his gun and at the same time the bathroom door opened with a bang and two men walked out holding their gun at the two. "I never knew that I will get the pleasure of hearing the great Roman De Luca apologize"one of the men said dramatically wiping invisible tears. "What do you want Enzo?" Roman asked feeling bored already ,he was tired and need to rest not to deal with these two men in his room. "So you think that after killing my brother I will let you leave in peace?" Enzo asked. "Enzo just kill him already so I can get a taste of this little kitten here"the second guy said and Enzo laughed. "Relax Roger,we surely gonna have a lot of fun with this kitten here"he said making Reign feel disgusted. Roman felt his anger rise with the way they were having dirty thoughts about Reign. Enzo c****d his gun and pointed it at Roman,he was about to pull the trigger but wasn't first enough and Roman pulled his gun shooting him on the head and Roger on his knee. He needed someone to torture later so he couldn't kill him. Reign was shaking with fear on the bed,she coiled herself at the furthest end of the bed. Roman call Axel to clean up the room, "are you okay?" He asked checking whether she was hurt. "Did they hurt you?" He asked again. "Don't touch me"
