It didn't matter how many times everyone reasured me that we would be there soon. It still felt like it was taking forever.
Gabriel was starting to get uncomfortable because of his still healing wound and it was making me anxious watching him fidget in his seat. He did his best to try and hide his discomfort from me but I knew him way too well to not notice.
