complications of amor

On a bright sunny day at noon, the sun was blazing and directly overhead. There was a bit of cloud cover with a slight breeze swinging from south to north. I, Jacob, was in the nature park taking an afternoon stroll with my headphones plugged in at max volume, blasting (Bad Habits by Ed Sheeran remix). I was minding my own business without a care at all. I got excited when I saw my girlfriend within the distance. I waved at her frantically with a dazzling white smile and my heart melted when she did the same. All of a sudden, bam, I fell and, before I could even comprehend as to what was going on, I was out cold *unconscious* I heard voices and the ambulance's sirens as I saw the lights flashing red and blue. Female voice: is he going to be ok? *in a worrisome voice* Male voice: don’t worry ma’am, he’s going to be okay. *in a reassuring tone* Which I assumed was my girlfriend talking to the doctor. At this point, I knew I was on the verge of death, probably lying on my deathbed. I was just tired of this life, so I wasn’t even trying to hold on to my soul. I felt my soul leave my body as I saw a dazzling bright light on the other side. The light got brighter as it seemed as if I was opening my eyes, then I realized it was the light of my automated curtains revealing the daylight. I got out of my bed hurriedly and went to wash my face as I tried to cleanse my brain from such a horrific experience. I shook it off and got ready to start the day with my morning workout routine. To kick off, I did a couple of pushups and barbell curls and, instead of going for my morning jog, I took a nice long shower. I was still a bit paranoid about the whole situation in my dream. I then jumped into my pitch-black Lambo and raced to work. I got to work after a couple of minutes, everyone else had already started. I got started and eventually finished before the end of the day, so I went home early. Jacob: bruv you really gotta stop all this shii, something’s seriously wrong with you. Oh shut up, you are a sissy, you are full of bs, which explains why you’re lonely as f*ck. *as I said, arguing with myself* A.I. system: excuse me, Master Jay, are you debating against yourself? Jacob: What's it to you? A.I. system: that is so, (“pathetic” *in a mocking tone*) Jacob: What the? Was I literally mocked by a computer? You see, you’ve really gone downhill so much that you are being mocked by a computer. SHUT UP YOU BAKAYAROU COMPUTER!!! A.I. system: Master Jay, I know you are furious but you can’t call me stupid. I’m smarter than the whole human population. Jacob: now that proves that you are stupid because for you to be created it was because of a human so, therefore, stating that you are dumber than the average human population. A.I system: ._. Jacob: exactly, that’s what I thought. Jacob: *sigh* whatever, what am I going to get from arguing with an artificial intelligence system, it won’t even understand. Now calm down and maybe watch a movie. I called my girlfriend over, made some caramel popcorn, and loaded up a romantic-comedy on Netflix. I shut off my A. I system for no disturbances and dimmed the lights to set the mood. By the time she arrived, everything was done and set up, dim lights with the vibrant blue room lighting, caramel popcorn in a nice big bowl, nice fluffy blankets on the couch ready to be used, and our movie ready to stream. Nothing at all could possibly go wrong and nothing did. A.I system: oh wow, who’s coming over? Don’t tell me, your girlfriend? *in a teasing voice* Jacob: What? I thought I shut you off. A.I system: oh well Jacob: ok, well could you kindly shut off because she’s almost here? Thank you. A.I system: wait who? Your girlfriend? Jacob: Yes! Now can you go, please? A.I system: oh she was here five minutes ago. Should I let her in? Jacob: Yes! Why didn’t you let her in? A.I system: I would’ve, but, you weren’t done yet, so…… Jacob: what? Let her in now. Next time she comes let her enter as soon as she arrives. A.I system: ok she’s in. Jacob: thank you, now shut down, please. A.I system: shutting down…….. ???: Heyy babe, wow……. Is this for me? Jacob: Heyy Hunny, and yes all for you my dear. Dim lights with the vibrant blue room lighting, caramel popcorn in a nice big bowl, nice fluffy blankets on the couch ready to be used, and our movies ready to stream. ???: aww you shouldn’t have Jay. Jacob: Nah, I wanted to. ???: aww, I love you. Jacob: *smile* I love you too Natts. Natalie: So shall we start? Jacob: Yes we shall. We got into the blankets and got comfortable while snuggling. We started the movie, but it finished way before we anticipated, so we watched a couple more. We watched rom-coms until we fell asleep on the couch. Then, all of a sudden: A.I system: excuse me, Master Jay, are you aware that you are asleep on the couch? I seriously had enough of this thing, it kept annoying me constantly. I had had enough for one day. I unplugged it and carried my girlfriend to bed. She looked so cute as she slept so peacefully. I lay beside her and fell asleep. The next day I typically woke up at midday and was at work dealing with some clients, without a single memory of this. We were at this other institution that was very suspicious looking, although it was on a vast campus. We entered, and I regretted it as soon as I stepped in, there was blood, guts, and men dressed in white everywhere. Turns out that this was some sort of murder institution, they came up with all methods of t*****e and murder. People were being drowned in acid, being sliced and diced by swords, getting their heads chopped off, being hung, etc. This was all repulsive, but I acted as if I didn’t mind for some reason. Then we got to the final chamber where they had supposedly had a super private and highly anticipated project meant for me only. They were slicing and dicing a person who had a bag over her head. When she screamed, I recognized her voice and the so-called clients noticed, and I told them to remove the bag from her head and reveal her face. Turns out it was Natalie, my girlfriend. I exclaimed, “what the f*ck are you doing to her, you maniacs.” I gave him a much-deserved right hook and stopped the woman who was cutting my girlfriend. I snatched her sword from her hands and chopped her head off while fuming with rage. I held my girlfriend in my arms as I wept like a baby * I know it’s pathetic but wait till the end*. So then Natalie told me,” stop crying……. Get up……… and run, get out of here. Run as fast as you can,” and I did so, *I also know that it’s stupid how I left her to die as I ran for my life but wait for the end* So I ran, I ran as fast as the flash, somehow. Then I was shocked to see I was back where the whole thing began, just before we entered the campus. It turns out I reversed time. I didn’t even try to find any explanations, I just turned the other way and sprinted as I disappeared into thin air. Suddenly, I appeared with Natalie on a date. I don’t know how, but I was happy to see her fine, so I grabbed her and wrapped her in my arms. Natalie: What happened, what’s wrong? Jacob: I’m sorry, I’m so sorry I let that happen to you. Natalie: what? What are you talking about? Jacob: They took you and cut you. Natalie: *laughing* lol, what are you talking about? I’m fine. Jacob: *confused* huh? Natalie: don’t worry, I’m fine. Nothing bad happened to me.*in a reassuring tone* Then, the very second I calmed down, I appeared on a beach, in front of a waterfall with Natalie beside me. I looked at her with a smile crossing from cheek to cheek as she looked gorgeous under the bright moonlight. It was already evening, and we were lying on the moonlit beach, under the starry night sky, at peace. We were stargazing as she was laying her head on my arm. Then everything slowly faded as I was waking up. *ha fooled you, that was just a ridiculous dream I had the other day. You thought it was a fictional story, huh? Lol, ok back to the story.* So at this point, I woke up, and it felt as if I had a hangover. Natalie was lying right beside me, with her head on my arm and her arm crossing over my chest. I gave her a Lil peck on the cheek. Jay: Good morning sunshine. Natts: * stretches with a warm smile * morning sweetie Jay: still wanna sleep? Natts: * groans * mmm…….. Jay: ok, it’s fine. I’ll just make some coffee. Natts: no don’t go, let’s stay like this for a while. Jay: Sure hun *kiss on the forehead for my girl, you know what I’m saying? haha* At this point, we’re just laying there in silence. So I decided to tell her about the dream I had. In the end, I said, “I was so scared, I thought I had lost you,” to get her sympathy. This all ended in a bear hug.
