Napoleon took some steps back and ran at us at his full speed. From the air, he attacked with his mind, sending out a wave of power that knocked me down. Mab blocked his attack with her magic, but his broken sword sliced through her defenses. Stunned, she fell back into me. Napoleon’s blade cut through her flowing gown and she tried to block his attack, but failed. I watched and saw his sword s***h into her, cutting her deep. And then her wrath exploded.
