I walk out of the conference room, feeling a bit overwhelmed. The meeting with Adrian and the pack elders has left me with more questions than answers. Who is Drex, and what does he want with our pack?
I make my way to my office, needing a few minutes to gather my thoughts. As I sit down at my desk, I take a deep breath and try to clear my mind.
But my mind keeps wandering back to Drex and his mysterious request. What does he want with us? And what secrets is he hiding?
Just as I'm starting to feel like I'm getting nowhere, I remember that Sariah is doing some research on Drex and his pack and Adrian suggested i join her,I decide to join her and see if we can uncover any more information.
