Chapter 30 Jessica I cracked open an eyelid and glanced around the unfamiliar bedroom. Breathing deep, I became aware of Reid’s familiar woodsy scent and Cassie’s underlying lavender. Warmth cradled my back, and I blinked, waiting for reality to settle into my sleep-hazed brain. The night before rushed through my mind, hitting my heart with punch and waking me fully.
