Hate to Love You

Narrator POV It was 3 in the morning and Alena got up from her usual nightmare which were very frequent in these days.She does not understand the reason of these nightmares as they were coming regular in these days.Since, she was not able to sleep after this she decided to work before going for jogging. Alena POV I got up from the nightmare as i don't understand the meaning behind all these nightmares. As always i remember from childhood whenever i was having a nightmare i was not able to sleep properly so i decided to work on the latest case of my firm. Yes, I opened my own firm after graduating as it was my dream to open my firm and became the best advocate. I still remember when i told my family that i wanted to take law as my career they were so shocked. Only my dad first understand me and supported me for my dream as my whole family wanted me to continue Engineering but i had no interest in that after gaining love for law. Yes, law is the first love of my life and other than that i only love my family, friends and my work only. I had no other feelings for anything else in my life as they make you pathetic and weak. So i never came thought of any other things in my life. I am only focused on my dream and career. Lately, I have been very much occupied from work since i worked for the two biggest hotel companies for their merger. After that demand for our firm was increased and me and my partner was beyond happy. and why wouldn't be we always wanted that. After that, we had lot of new clients but i chose my client and on the other side Brian had no problem in working with anyone. But as for me , i chose my client because they became a part of my life and i don't want unwanted people in my life. I started working on a pro bono case as i always believed in helping people who can not afford the fees of advocates. My firm always believed in growing with helping others. I recently accepted a case of a woman who was seeking divorce from his husband due to domestic violence. She wanted nothing from him except for the divorce and her children but his husband refused to give her divorce so i decided to take the case as pro bono since she was not able to pay my high fees. I would do my best to help her and i know i will be able to help her not to brag but i am best in what i do. with these thoughts i looked at the time and it was already 5 in the morning so decided to go for a run. I changed into my exercise clothes with a tight joggers which displayed my perfect curves and a tee to match with black joggers. I connected my airpods and played my jogging list as i love to hear songs and for each activity i have different playlist. I go to the park and as usual it was a very beautiful morning because rain clouds were all over the sky and soft breeze were hitting my face. I love weathers like this as rain makes me very happy. I started running and feeling the breeze on face which give me tingles all over the body. After 30 minutes i returned in my apartment as i live alone there. My family lives in california and visit them occasionaly. I decided to take shower and do my daily work. After shower i made breakfast and got ready for the work.I love wearing formals as they compliment every part of my body. I am no model, but i have a very nice body with prefect curves and big dark brown eyes with silky black hair which i tied in a pony tail as i love pony tails for formal wear. i wore black a black attire for today with the set of diamond studs gifted by my dad on my graduation and a black watch . yeah, i am obsessed with black. with the touch of eyeliner and lip gloss  i looked in the mirror being satisfied with my look i took my keys and bag and left the apartment. I went to parking and started my bike yes i am a girl who loves to ride the bike and not a typical girl who waits for boys to pick her up. i like to being independent as no one in your life is going to stay forever so it's good to do all you work by youself. Its a 15 minute ride to my office and today was very less traffic so i reached there in 10 minutes and at the entrance i greeted by my security guard. I went inside the parking and reached my personal elevator as i do not like sharing lift so me and Brian created personal lift for each other. I went inside the lift and pressed top floor as my office was on the top floor. There were other offices as well in this building so we created lift for our ourselves. DING....... I reaches at my floor and got greeted by my staff. I went to my office and my secretary Sophia came in with my morning coffee and gave information on my today's schedule. Mam you have to attend the meeting with Mr.Romano and today you have the court presentation for the pro bono case, Sophia said to me Okay, Sophia anything else ... no mam, Sophia said. okay, is Brian in his office, I asked her as he did not call me this morning which is very unusual as he loves to annoy me since we are bffs from college. No mam, Sir have not arrived yet, she said Okay inform me when he arrives you can go now. thank you mam and she left my office. I stand up and looked outside the window it has already started raining now and i enjoyed the view taking the sips from my coffee. Oh how much i love coffee i can not explain. I started to work for the meeting with Mr. Romano as it was a case of negotiations i started to prepare.
