Gina's POV I averted my eyes from Alpha Caden's prying eyes, clearly nervous, and the scent of fear wafted off me. "Come in," Alpha Caden commanded, stepping aside to let me in. I walked in, my steps were hesitant. He closed the door behind me and leaned against it, watching me carefully. “Set it on the table,” Alpha Caden instructed, his voice was even but authoritative. I moved quickly, placing the tea on the table, my hands shaking so much that the teacup rattled against the saucer. “Are you afraid of me, Gina?” Alpha Caden asked. Of course, who wouldn't be scared of him? I was terrified of him; in fact, not just me, everyone was terrified of Alpha Caden except Soraya, who always acted weirdly around him.
