I let out a hearty laugh as I watched Viel change his serious expression whenever his eyes darted on me who has a wide smile here.

"So? You didn't answer me!" I exclaimed pouting.

I don't know myself anymore, it's just that if I'm with him, I acted like a child!... But then, I knew that I'm sometimes childish but who cares? And besides, I only show this side of mine to him.

"In your mansion." He briefly stated.

My lips slightly parted as I looked at him

---so does it mean, he'll stay in one of our guest's rooms?

"--r-really?" I asked while biting my lips.

This man is just so gifted in so many aspects and so many ways. Because see, he's so damn smart, calm, and collected, and lastly, he's like a dangerous silent.

He's successful in his career too, not to mention that he's the successor of their family's wealth.

"Hmm," he briefly responded.

A silly smirk slowly draws on my lips as I think about a. A silly idea. I looked at Viel while grinning...he looks so calm and that's something I want to turn into a grumpy one.

Well, just like I always said... I love seeing him upset or grumpy for he looks beyond a knight for me.

"---and what's on your little devil head again, Karina?" Viel looked at me with his serious and strong facade.

' what? I'm not doing anything here though," I answered immediately.

I pursed my lips and stared at him for a while.

" Nothing, are you going to sleep in our guest room? Well... My bed is comfy and spacious enough so why not share it with me?"

Viel just licked his red luscious lips before he shook his head.

"You and your silly thoughts, Karina."

That's the cue that I let out my laughs as I watched him.

I looked in front of us and I noticed that we were near my home.

"What? I'm just stating the fact." I fired back while grinning.

Viel just shook his head but his eyes were glued on the way.

After just a few minutes we're now in front of the high gate of our premises.

The alerted mm in black checked us and when some of them saw me on the front seat.

When they totally saw both of us, they were immediately bowed their heads.

Good evening, young lady, good evening Engr.

After Viel parked his car he turned and opened the door for me.

And we made our way.

" Sweetheart? You went home late----" my mom was about to lecture me but her face lit up when he saw Viel standing with a good posture.

"I was with Viel, mom" I answered.

Just like that, my mom's smiled once again.

" Go to your room now, Karina." He demanded vitally.

My mom was just quietly observing at both of us.

I nodded at Viel and I yawned... Sleepy and boring in the year's will.

" I'm going upstairs," I announced.
