29 Midori rushed out of the elevators as soon as they opened. Stark white walls greeted her, nearly blinding her as she moved with quick steps towards the receptionist. She hadn’t spent much time in hospitals, but she saw that the dreary walls could do with a pop of color to set the families who waited in the dull beige chairs at ease. Everything was too bright, too stimulating. “I’m looking for Guy Rumpel’s room,” she told the receptionist.
