Finding Witch

Week has passed and we still have no idea who that girl is. How dare her do that thing? Taking what's not her, stealing. Whatever reason she have it is still stealing. Well, I wasn't mad that she took my cash, my family has a lot of that. But she must stop what she is doing. What if it's just not me and Nazzer? What if she has other victims in school? That could destroy the schools reputation, and I don't want that to happen.

“Hey man, being serious again eh?” Nazzer came in and tap my back.

“I'm busy looking for footage around the school if their cams caught the witch— I mean that thief...girl. So that we have lead in finding her.”

Yes, it's been a week yet no CCTV  have seen her. Seems like she know the place very well. I can't help but be exhausted because aside from that, I am also checking the proposals of our prospect investors to our company. I badly want a rest but I needed to do this all.

I looked at Nazzer 's direction, does he have nothing to do? He's busy smiling in his phone while typing something. What is he doing in our house?

“Do you want to help me finding the girl?” I ask him.

“Hmm...nah, you can do that man.” He did not take away his eyes on his phone. It didn't last long when he stand up and telling me he has to go. Seriously?  “I have to go. May date kami ni Christine.”

“Who's Christine? I thought Joan is your girl?”

“Nah, we broke up last week. Bye dude. Good luck with whatever your doing.” He walk out without waiting on what I'm gonna say.

It's Saturday and it's no classes, so do what he want. I'm not he's dad to stop him anyway. I continue what I'm doing when Chill entered.

“Kuya! Kuya! Kuya!” She was jumping while shouting.

“Keep it down young lady, and don't jump. Baka madapa ka!” I said but she didn't listen. Napaka pasaway talaga. Hindi ko na lang pinasin at pinagpatuloy ang ginagawa.

“KUYAAAAAA!” Napahawak na lang ako sa tenga ko. She really make someone's ears bleed.

“Shut it Sunshine Chill! I'm not gonna tell it again!” seryosong sabi ko. Tumigil naman siya, she's swaying her right foot. I know she wants to say something. I sighed.

“What is it?” Kalmado kong tanong. I saw her face lightened.

“Let's go to park. I already told mommy. Mamasyal tayo kuya kooooo”  She excitedly said.

“No.” I said with finality.

I don't want to babysit. I know how brat she is. She will exhaust you to death kapag kasama ka niyang mamasyal. And what she said park, it means like you go around the city sa dami niyang gustong puntahan.

“Kuya naman ehhhhh!” ungot niya. There she's starting being brat again.

“I already told you my decision Chill. I said no. Magtawag ka ng ibang sasama sa 'yo.” I said without looking at her.

She started stumping her feet and telling bratty things. Hindi ko na siya pinasin. Let her, mapapagod lang siya kakadabog.

“Eh aalis rin naman si Nanay tina after maglinis, she can't come!”

“Then just stay home, just read your books.”

“I'm gonna tell mom!” She said before going out running.

Napahilot nalang ako ng sentido. I guess, I can't say no anymore. Mom's involve, I fixed my things. Itutuloy ko na lang siguro ito bukas. At Hindi nga ako nagkamali. Matapos ayusin ang mga gamit ay pumasok na si Mommy kasama ang mga kapatid ko. She's carrying Cloud while Chill the brat is beside her. Smiling devilishly.

“Sky.” One word's enough. Tinanguan ko na lang si Mom para wala nang mahabang diskusyon. I looked at Chill and she just stick her tongue out in me.

Napailing na lang ako. Napakaspoiled niya na talaga. Lumapit ako kay mom at kinarga si Cloud.

“How are you champ? Huwag mong gagayahin si Chill okay, she's a pain in the ass.” I jokingly said and Cloud giggled.

“Mommy oh si Kuya!” sumbong niya.

“Sky! Stop teasing your sister.” Saway sa akin ni mommy. Itinaas ko ang kamay ko.

“Where do you want to go?” tanong ko.

“Oh! Let's go to mall kuya and eat in Jollibee and then let's play arcade then, buy dress and oh, oh let's go to park we'll play habulan!” masigla niyang sabi.

“You champ where do you want to go?”  baling ko naman kay Cloud.

“Want toys!” sagot naman ng bunso namin.

“He'll come with me Baby, may check-up siya ngayon.” Mom said. “Just enjoy your company with your sister. It's your date today.” dagdag pa niya.

“Ohmy! Let's go kuya we date! Wait I'll go change my dress.” patakbo itong palabas.

“Do not run Chill! Baka madapa ka!” saway ko rito na hindi rin naman nit pinainggan.

“We have to go, may flight pa ang daddy pagkatapos ng check up ni bunso. Watch your sister Sky, don't teased her!” bilin niya.

Kinuha niya sa akin si Sky bago muli akong binilinan.Matapos ay nagtungo naman na ako sa kuwarto ko upang maghanda. Siguradong mamaya lang nariyan na si Chill. She moves fast lalo na kapag gusto niya ang pupuntahan. And knowing na sinabi ni mom na date namin, lalong bibilisan nun.

She is brat, yes. Madalas kaming mag-asaran but she is possessive towards me. Nakikipag-away siya sa mga babaeng lumalapit sa akin. She go beyond limit sometimes, but she apologized naman after thoug it's not really sincere.

I wear white shirt with, 'good boy' print in front and black jeans. I paired it with white rubber shoes and took my glasses. After kung magbihis kinuha ko na ang wallet at susi ko. I went out and went to living room. Chill is already waiting there. Madali siyang tumayo nang makita ako. She went to my direction and clung her arms on mine.Though mukha lang siyang nakasabit since she's sa mall. We went to the garage together.

“Kuya why you're so tall. Hanggang bewang mo lang ako.” tila nagtatampong tanong niya.

“Your still our baby princess that's why. You will be tall like mom when your older.” paliwanang ko sa kanya,

Pinagbukasan ko siya ng kotse bago ako nagtungo sa driver seat.

“Seatbelt please.” I said, na agad niya na ang sinunod.

Like what Chill requested, we went to mall. Nauna na kami sa mga boutiques for kids para mamili ng kanyang damit at kung ano pang abubot niya sa katawan.

She shop like a lady in early twenties. Masyado siyang fashionista. She took five dresses, two sandals and different headdresses such as headband and pins. After shopping we went to Jollibee for lunch.

“Kuya, do you have girlfriend?” Tanong niya habang nilalantakan ang fries.

“I don't.” maigsi kong sagot.

“Nililigawan?” Muli niyang tanong.

Umiling ako.

“Good.”  sagot niya kaya napalingon ako sa kanya.

Umayos siya ng upo tumikhim. “I don't want you to have any girlfriend, yet...” Panimula niya. I look at her and listen to what sh is going to say. “I will be the one to choose your girl. If ever na may ligawan ka, ipakita mo muna sa akin para makilatis ko.” She added bago itinuloy ang pagkain. Napailing na ang ako.

“Your acting like my mother.” manghang sabi ko sa kanya.

“I am not, but I am your sister. I wanted the best for you. And I wanted someone who is not grumpy like you.” sagot niya, na may kasama pang pang-aasar.

Natawa na lang ako. This kid and her brattiness. I just hope na hindi niya pahirapan kung sinumang babae na ipapakilala ko sa kanya in future. Tumingin ako sa labas. Dahil salamin ang pader ng kinakainan namin ay kita ang ibang namamasyal sa mall.

I saw the witch I'm looking for. She was holding a big robot toy. Lumapit siya sa isang ginang na may kasamang batang lalaki. When the kid saw her agad itong tumakbo patungo rito. Ibinigay niya ang laruan sa batang lalaki. Kita ang saya sa mukhang ng bata, lumapit din ang ginang sa kanila.

I see love aura, in them. Parang ang saya nila. Ngunit kita ko rin ang takot sa Mata ni witch. Which made me curious. Pinanood ko lang sila hanggang mawala sila sa paningin ko.

What the! Hindi ba dapat hinabol ko siya? Bakit parang nawala ang galit ko sa kanya?
