I am sitting in my little mate's hospital room who is still in her wolf form. She is hooked up to many machines and I can feel Zachary whimper in distress every couple of seconds. I should have been there for her because if I was there then she shouldn't be here lying on the hospital bed.
Suddenly I hear the sound of bones cracking and my little mate turn back into her human form. I stare at her in awe as she still hasn't opened her eyes.
