Lorenzo's POV

As I approached the blue stone pack, anger coursed through every fiber of my being. I couldn't believe that wretched witch had the audacity to send her there. The very idea of it filled me with a fiery rage that burned brighter with each step.

With clenched fists and gritted teeth, I pushed through the thick underbrush, my determination fueling my progress.

I came to a halt as I finally reached the towering gate of the blue stone pack's territory. It loomed above me, a formidable barrier between me and the chaos that lay within. Inhaling deeply, I released a long exhale.

Approaching the guards stationed at the gate, their gaze locked with mine and I fisted my hands beside me.

"I demand an audience with your alpha," I said, and they looked at each other with their brows furrowed.

"Who are you and why do you seek an audience with our alpha?" one of them yelled, raising his sword at me and I smirked, at how I could snap his head and he would be dead in less than a second.

"I want to see your alpha, your alpha is in possession of something that belongs to me, "I said, and they tilted their heads to look at each other before bursting into laughter, only fueling my anger.

"I think you have come to the wrong pack, you can turn and walk away while we are still nice,” one of the guards said, and I furrowed my brows.

I approached them and wrapped my hands around two of the guards’ necks and snapped them. I let them go while they slumped dead on the floor.

The rest of the guards’ eyes widened in shock, and I saw one of them running inside the pack, perhaps alerting their alpha about the sudden invasion.

Instead of allowing me a passage, the rest drew their swords and lunged at me with battle cries. In that split second, I was blinded by rage and my anger fueled my movements.

Swiftly, I dodged their initial strikes, my body moving with precision, dodging their attack and also killing them with my bare hands.

In less than a minute, it was over. The guards now lay defeated at my feet. Their lifeless bodies stared at me, and that didn't help with the anger coursing through me.

Dusting off my hands, a mixture of satisfaction and determination filled my veins. I had made it inside the pack, my steps purposeful and confident. With each stride, I ensured my shoulder was raised high with the only thought of finding Mia and killing anyone who tried to stop me.

Every footstep was calculated, my senses keenly attuned to any signs of further danger. My ears, like a predator stalking its prey, were perked and ready to detect even the slightest hint of someone foolish enough to challenge me.

I came to a stop in front of the pack building, and before I could take any step further, I saw Alpha Archie, the alpha of the blue moon pack walking towards me with some of his guards behind him and their hands on their swords, ready to attack at the slightest chance.

"I haven't come here to fight with you, I only want what is mine back. Let Mia go and everything will be over before you know it" I said, and as they tilted their heads to look at each other, the guards burst into laughter while Archie smirked.

"She is mine now, and I don't let go of things that belong to me, "Archie said, and I fisted my hand angrily, how dare he refer to Mia as a thing.

"Mia is not your possession, and she is carrying my child, so you let her go in this instance!"I roared angrily.

"You have no right to command me in my own pack, you made a mistake coming here alone Lorenzo, I am going to make sure you die today, "Archie said and I smirked.

“Let’s see about that,” I said and slightly elongated my claws. His guards tried attacking me, but he raised his hand to stop them from approaching me. I ran my tongue over my teeth as I waited for him to strike first.

He howled loudly, and his claws elongated like mine, and he moved closer to me. “I have always wanted to kill you, and it seems today is my lucky day,” he said and I cackled

“Don’t get ahead of yourself Archie” I said, and he lunged forward trying to tear my face with his claws, and luckily, I was able to move just in time. He fell on the floor and his guards tried to move closer to me and attack, but he raised his hand up stopping them, he stood up from the floor again and lunged forward.

This time around our fists collided and the impact of the hit made us move back a bit before maintaining our stance, I growled loudly and we started fighting each other.

As we continued to exchange blows, the intensity of our fight escalated. The sound of fists connecting echoed through the air, mixing with our grunts and growls. With each strike, we sought to overpower one another, not willing to back down.

We circled each other, eyes locked in a fierce glare, Adrenaline coursed through my veins, fueling my determination to get Mia out of there. With a final attack, Archie lunged towards me and I gave him a fatal blow that made him collapse on the floor.

The guards attacked me immediately and with a swift move, I killed most of them and went inside the pack house looking for Mia, the maids ran away when they saw me and I ignored them, making sure to check each room.

I couldn’t find her, and I was running out of patience. I was walking out of the last room when I saw Archie standing before me, slowly massaging his jaw. “You made her run away again!” he roared, and his iris darkened, and I furrowed my brows at him.

“What do you mean? Where is Mia, I won’t ask nicely again” I said, and he took a step closer to me.

“I have searched everywhere, and I made the guards search for her, she ran away, she escaped! She doesn’t want to see you, why can’t you accept that, and now you made her run away from me!” Archie roared, and it felt like he was about to burst out of anger.

“Do you think I am going to believe your lame excuses? You better tell me where she is now, or you won’t like what I will do to you” I said, taking a dangerous step towards him, and he took one forward.

“I am not afraid of you Lorenzo, I have asked my men to look for her, I know she hasn’t run away that far and when they bring her back, she won’t go with you, she will stay with me,” Archie said, and I cackled loudly, how dare him think he was going to have the possession of Mia when I am here.

I was about to make a comeback when a guard suddenly approached us and fell on the floor. “We couldn’t find her alpha, she only left her clothes behind,” the guard said, and my eyes widened in shock as a new wave of anger coursed through me.
