Senior Bleak stared at the papers in front of him and saw that the data are corresponding and thought how come?
He has not been able to understand the whole saga but he would understand in due time.
He closed the file and stood up. He was done with what he wanted to do anyway so he should better be at the hospital and see how his granddaughter-in-law is doing.

Stacy felt disgusted with herself, she still finds it hard to believe she has slept with this jerk in her negotiation to be on her side. He took advantage of the fact that she wanted his help financially and otherwise and had his way with her. It was her fault anyway because when she made up her mind to start dealing with the devil, she knew she was going to pay with her soul.
Now there is no shame left and Josh Bleak will pay dearly for pushing her to this path she is on right now.
She has started the race and she will run it to the end.
"Josh Bleak, you better watch your back because you would not know what will hit you and when it hit you, it will hit you hard."
She said and stared at Grey snoring heavily and she spat in disgust.

Alex opened her eyes and stared at the ceiling, it was in a rotating motion and it was making her dizzy and she closed her eyes back and then opened it again.
Her stomach rumbled and she remembered that she might not have eaten anything since today. Who knows if they are already in the evening?
Josh opened the bathroom door and stepped out with a towel around his waist, he was not aware that Alex was awake.
Alex stared at him and swallowed hard, "He must not show the world how sexy he is."
She thought and turned her face to the other side.
A knock came and Josh went and opened the door, it was the laundry service he ordered. The guy handed him two polythene bags and left, he closed the door and walked back to Alex's bed. He checked the content of the bag and saw that he got what he requested. One of the bags has clothing for Alex and one is his.
He dropped the one that has Alex's and removed the content of the one that has his and right there in front of Alex not knowing that she was awake, Josh Bleak dressed up giving Alex the privilege to be blessed by such a view on a Christmas Morning.
Alex, who could not pull her gaze away from him all these while cursed and shut her eyes.
She can't believe she saw a life d**k for the first time in her life and no matter how hard she tried to erase the memory, it was stuck in her mind like super glue.
She momentarily made a prayer on her behalf.
Her stomach rumbled for the second time and she flicked her eyes open to see Josh staring down at her.
"I see you have been awake for a long time, you just decided not to see the light. Anyway, breakfast is on its way"
Josh said coldly and turned his back on her.
Alex sighed and thought,
When will he stop seeing her as he views her? Left for her, she would not want to be in the same space with him but does Josh Bleak know that?
Alex lay on the bed looking so miserable and Josh who has been watching her from the corner of his eyes felt bad. His stomach twitched and he cursed audibly.
He can't afford to be misunderstood by her again but how long will he ignore Alex Coker, the fact that he is beginning to care for Alex was obvious and he can't deny it anymore.
Josh turned and sat back on the stool he had kept in front of her bed and took her right hand in his then kissed her knuckles.
Alex jotted back to reality and made to withdraw her hand from his but Josh held onto it.
"What are you doing, Mr. Josh?"
What does it look like I am doing, Mrs. Josh?
Josh shot her a look and looked away almost immediately.
"While in the hospital, try to behave. If we get home, you can misbehave. You don't have to worry about Ander because he is fine and at the mansion as we speak"
Alex stared at the man who was talking to her yet was not looking at her, it was okay by her.
The news of Ander being okay gladdens her heart, she finds herself trusting what he said and about the behaving part, she has no strength to argue. Her major concern now is to eat and have some strength but it seems the food is taking forever to arrive.
The duo stayed like that without talking to each other. Sure, Josh was enjoying the feel of her hand on his, once in a while, he would give it a little squeeze or press it hard just to gain a reaction from Alex and Alex never fail to deliver. She on her own side would eye him if he does any of the above.

Grey turned on his side and saw Stacy staring at a space. He smiled and tried pulling her down to the bed but Stacy glared at him and he stopped.
"Enough already, I think it's time for you to listen to me"
Stacy said sternly and Grey shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly.
"Bring it on, let's hear what you have to say"
"First of all, I want a deposit of $5 million into my acct and secondly, I want you to help me take care of Alex Coker"
She ended by showing Alex's pics on her phone to Grey.
"Now you have got no problem, these two demands would be met at once."
He said and closed his eyes.
Stacy smiled.
She can't get dirty for nothing. Alex Coker would have to pay for every damned misfortune that is coming into her life starting from that moment.

Senior Bleak arrived at the hospital, he was brought by his driver, Jude. He had asked Silas to stay with the boy to take care of his demand and Silas had agreed without a complaint.
He got down from the car but something caught his attention.
He saw a young man in a black suit scanning the hospital and that aroused his suspicions.
He turned to Jude
"Find out who that man is and report to me immediately"
He said and walked into the hospital. His men are not just his drivers, he trained them to carry every task given to them successfully.
