Jacob's Pov
"Why did you do that?"
I faced the students "No laughter!" I ordered and their faces became serious. "And........." I raised a brow "excuse us."
They scurried away happily.
I faced Scott completely. "Why did you stomp on my feet?" I asked as I winced in pain.
Geez!
Its so painful.
"Don't make a girl cry when I'm around you." He said as he glared at me.
Right!
How could I have forgotten so soon?
I remembered the last argument I had with Scott in our former school. I hurt a girl, intentionally and not unintentionally , she had ended up crying and I had ended up with a bursted lip from Scott..
In order to avoid a swollen cheek and black eye, I had sent tons of flowers and apologetic cards to the girl.
Right now, it is my feet that is suffering for what my tongue did.
"But, seriously Jake, what you did........"
"Don't you dare, Arthur........." I said as I walked away.
They followed me.
I walked away and it was noisy once again.
I thought they've all seen me this morning?
Some girls brought juices and snacks to our tables and we had to accept them.
There's no way I'd eat all these.
They will go into my bag and then back into the trash bin.
A teacher should be here by now. I glanced at my watch and....whoa! The time was far-spent, twenty minutes to the end of the first class or maybe the teacher called in sick.
Whatever!
I don't give a damn!

Mallory's Pov
Its lunchtime and still no sign of Kacie. Won't she show up today as well?
I dug my spoon into my food and was about to take a spoonful until I heard various kinds of laughter. I looked around and they were all pointing to something at my back.
"Boo!" They chanted as they gave out the thumbs-down.
"Mallory!" Someone whispered lightly and I turned immediately, recognising the voice.
"Kacie!" I screamed as I stood up.
What happened to her?
She had puffy eyes and her hair was a mess as if she was trying to pull it out.
I rushed to her and she opened her arms "can I get a hug, my bestie with the red hair?"
I hugged her and she broke down in tears.
I pulled her out of the cafeteria.
She has to tell me everything that happened.
Whoever did this would feel the wrath of a girl from the Waston family.

Jacob's Pov
Was I too mean?
I saw how she was pulled out by her friend, I assume, but before she went out, I saw the deadly look on her face.
Very deadly!
I made the mistake of looking at Scott and he was darting death glares at me.
"You know what to do, right?"
"Yes, I know and I would do it." I lied.
I would do no such thing.
Never in a million years will I apologise to a girl again.
I also have my pride.
The guys and I began to chat away until I felt someone at my back.
I looked over my shoulder and I saw someone standing there.
"Just come where I can see you."
"Oh yeah?" She said as she scoffed and she turned my chair around, so, I was facing her directly. "Now, you are the one in a place I can see you." She said as she smiled and she looks really cute, but that hair, man.......fierce red!
"Canavesi, you have to apologise to my friend."
And, the most funniest part of it was that, the so-called friend appeared beside her, with her arms folded.
I laughed out loud and my friends joined me in laughing.
Yes!
This is really funny and absurd!
"You......." Arthur tried to speak but she raised her hand.
"Save it, Arthur!" She said as she raised her hand. "I am not talking to you."
She faced me. "I never wanted to talk to you but you made my friend cry and you're gonna pay for it. I can't even believe I'm talking to the most rude boy ever."
I tried to stand up but she placed a palm on my shoulder and she pressed me down to the chair with great strength. I tried not to scream.
It was so painful.
Really really painful!
The students in the cafeteria were even recording with their phones.
"And, if I say I won't?"
"You will finish your lunch through your nose."
Everyone started laughing, I was not excluded as well..
This is so funny!
"Through my nose? Make me, darling. I wanna see you try." I stated simply.
"Fine! So be it. Don't mess with anyone around me." and...........
"Noooooooooo!" I yelled out of shock.
She did it!
She poured it on my face, then, rubbed her hand on my shirt.
"You all saw this, don't mess with Kacie ever again."
Kacie?
That's her name?
I tried to grab her hand to hit her and it was as if she knew 'cos she moved her hand away from my grasp immediately.
I can't bear this anymore.
I collapsed to the ground and everything became dark.

Mallory's Pov
Yes!
With this, I have called the enemy to my doorstep.
I washed my hand.
Just for Kacie!
I know I am in for some bullying but he would also get it from me.
But, hold on a sec!
Why didn't I feel or hear when all that was happening earlier this morning?
Is something wrong with me?
Am I loosing it already?
I stepped out and Kacie hugged me again.
"What would I ever do without you?"
"I know, right?" I patted her back as I smiled.

Arthur's Pov
"That was so funny!" Scott said as he laughed. "She looked like those girls in action movies. You know, the......."
"JUST SHUT IT." Ray and I said in unison and he kept mute.
I looked at Jacob(Jake) who was still sleeping and I sighed. He is a neat-freak. He hates dirts and that was why he freaked out.
But, what happened today has never happened in the history of our lives.
A girl shoving food down Jacob Canavesi's face? Where is that done?
Jacob raised one hand and he gestured to his clothes.
"You are all good." Ray chimed in and he opened his eyes.
"Who the heck is that girl?" He asked as he sat up.
"Your soul-mate!"
"SCOTT!" We yelled and he scratched his hair.
"What? Did I do something wrong?"
"Anyways, her name is Mallory Waston, the only student to ever get a scholarship in Jewel's High."
"Oh really? A girl from a lower class humiliated me in front of the whole school? I will make her pay. She needs to be expelled."
"That's so dumb!" Scott screamed.
"You think principal Pearl would do that?" Ray also chimed in and I looked at Jacob. For the first time, I supported Scott.
"You have it up there after all." I tried to slap his head but he ducked.
"I am lost here, guys." Jake said calmly.
"She can't be expelled." We chorused and he frowned.
"What? Why?"
"Cos she is on scholarship?" I said
"So, who said she can't be expelled? Principal Pearl is.........."
"Shut up!" We drawled and he kept quiet.
He looked at us before breathing out an "oh"
He understands!

Jacob's Pov
I smiled to myself.
If she can't be expelled, I guess her life would be miserable.
She had the guts to humiliate me?
A whole me?
I will prove to her that no one messes with Jacob Canavesi.
She is in it already and she is not getting out anytime soon.

I walked into the classroom, greeted my classmates and headed over to my seat. I saw a guy behind my chair but I shrugged.
I placed my books on the table and I sat down, unfortunately, I met with the floor instead of the chair and I heard a cracking sound.
"Aaaarrrrrrr!" I screamed. "My neck is broken!"
