Mallory's Pov
I thought he had given up calling until I saw that text.
Its not like you care?
I scoffed as I dialled his number again.
Is he trying to have a revenge on me?
I called his number again and I heard Ray's voice, all thanks to my powers.
"You left your phone behind, man."
"I did that on purpose."
And then, the voices became closer.
Are they headed this way?
"It has even stopped." I heard Ray's voice inside the room. "I wonder who she is; My wonder woman?"
I sat up almost immediately.
WTF!
"She is indeed my wonder woman, you'd never understand, Ray. I can only tell you one thing about her, she is brave and I really admire her for that."
Beads of sweat formed on my forehead.
Could it be what I'm thinking?
O God, let it not be so.
I decided to confirm.
I dialled his number again and I remained still in bed.
Truly, the phone rang inside the room.
WTF!
"She is calling again." Ray said.
"I'm not picking up."
I ended the call quickly and I went back to bed quietly.
I saved his dad!
We've been meeting each other in disguise.
No wonder his voice sounded so familiar and distinctive the first time we met.
I can't believe he is my Jake!
No wonder I couldn't use my powers against him.
The fake Jacob is the real one!
This one is fake!
What am I even thinking about?
The one I know outside school is the real Jacob 'cos I saw who he truly is.
I seriously can't believe this!
"Excuse me, Ray. I need to rest my head."
"Okay, what about you...."
"Just go with it." He said tiredly.
Ray went out and I closed my eyes.
After a while,
"That red hair is sure to give you away, Mallory."
My eyes snapped open and I turned my head. I saw my hair peeking beneath the closed curtains and I groaned.
Shoot!
I cussed as I drew back the hair.
I can't face him now.
I can't even look at his face
This news is so shocking to be true!
That was the source of that tingling sensation.
And, here I was, looking forward to seeing him again.
I thought I hated rude people.
I hate this Jacob but right now, my heart is already soft towards him.
The drapes parted suddenly and my heart skipped a beat.
I looked at him in shock.
"I knew it was you, Vicious Mal." He said as he glared at me.
My heart started to beat fast.
"Go away, Jacob." I whispered as I turned away from him. I faced the other side, thinking he would go away, instead, he placed his hands on my shoulders and he turned me to face him.
"I can't stay and enter anywhere I like in this school."
I sighed.
"Leave me alone, please. I'm thinking about my life." I said softly.

Jacob's Pov
Wow!
That's weird!
What's wrong with her?
I wasn't expecting this Mallory.
I know her to be tough and fierce, so, what's this?
Or, is she having feelings for me?
I smiled. "Do you have feelings for me?"
I saw her roll her eyes before frowning.
Okay, that's out of it!
"You are totally out of it." She said as she sat up.
I sat beside her on the bed and she raised a brow. "What are you doing?"
"I'm sitting down, as you can see." I smirked and she hissed.
"Go away, Jacob. I don't want your trouble."
"Oh yeah? Now you know I'm troublesome? You are the one with lots of trouble."
She pursed her lips before looking at me warily, "what do you want?"
"Finally, I thought you wouldn't ask. Can I talk to you?"
"You.....you.......wanna......talk......to....me." She stuttered and I grinned.
"Yes.....can't I? You are an ordinary student in this school and I'm the principal's son," I whispered that "So, I feel I can talk to anyone I like."
She frowned again. "I'm sorry, you can't talk to me."
She tried to go back to the bed but I grabbed the pillow from the bed.
"Hey! Give that back!"
"Come and get it." I stood up from the bed and I moved backwards a bit."
"Its obvious you are jobless. Just get outta my face." She went back to the bed without the pillow and I sighed.
"Do you believe in super powers?" I blurted out.

Mallory's Pov
My eyes snapped open immediately.
Thank goodness, I wasn't facing him.
I turned around slowly and I faced him "Why do you ask?"
He went around the room and he came back.
"They are empty. I can talk freely."
I sat up and he sat beside my legs.
"Do you also believe in love at first sight?"
It is possible!
I nodded.
Like what I had for the jerk in front of me, thinking it was another person, was love at first sight.
I can't believe I love this jerk.
Well, since I loved him as another person, I can't possibly love him too, right?
"So, as I was saying........."
"I didn't hear a thing, start again."
"Its pointless talking to you." He said as he stood up.
"But........"
"No buts, just go back to your sleep."
He went over to the bed opposite mine. I looked at his face until the curtains drew close. I closed mine too and I went back to lie down.
Unfortunately, he has taken my pillow!
How I wish I heard what he said.

Jacob's Pov
"Wow, you believe in love at first sight? That makes two of us, then. There is this girl I met and she is very different from you normal girls. I couldn't take her off my mind and when I saw her again, I discovered I wanted to be with her every second. I want to brand her as mine. I thought she felt the same way too until today...." I coughed. "As I was saying....."
"I didn't hear a thing, start again."
Damn!
She was not even listening to me!
I was about to pour out my fears and happiness to her!
Well, maybe its because they have the same name.
Vicious Mallory.......Wonder Mallory!
I chuckled as I shifted the curtains a bit.
That red hair was showing again.
That's the only thing I like about her.
Hold a sec!
Did I just admit to liking something about her?
No way!

Ella's Pov
Finally!
I'm not really in this school to learn.
I came here because of Jacob and then, I saw Mallory.
I'm gonna kill two birds with a stone.
I packed the last of my notes and I went out of the classroom.
I saw Jacob's back figure.........even if I'm blind-folded, I would recognise him anywhere.
I looked around for any sign of Mallory, she was nowhere in sight.
Time to get my plan fulfilled.
Will she show up and save him again?
I don't think so.
I dropped my bag in a corner and I walked over to him.
At last!
He's gonna be mine!
My puppet!
I grinned wickedly.
