In the end, Mimi and I didn’t manage to talk about what happened at all in the toy shop until I dropped her off. I don’t know if she personally didn’t open the topic up when we were in the middle of driving back to her house. Instead, we ended up talking about what I’m supposed to do on Monday, which consisted of a lot of stories of her and the students that I’m about to be meeting.
