Third POV
Alpha Kyan paced his office, his mind a whirlwind of confusion and anger. Determined to find clarity, he called for his beta, a trusted advisor who had been by his side through countless battles and crises. Within moments, the beta entered the office, his expression serious.
“Alpha,” the beta greeted, bowing respectfully.
Kyan nodded, motioning for him to take a seat. “I need your advice,” he said, his voice heavy with the weight of the situation. “Something isn’t right, and I can’t shake the feeling that there’s more going on here than meets the eye.”
The beta listened intently as Kyan recounted the recent events: the wolfsbane found in Keiera’s room, the poisoning attempt on Clarice, and Andrea’s involvement in both saving him and pleading for Clarice’s release.
