Jake was not willing to waste any time marrying Alyssa. Less than two weeks after her divorce was finalized, they were ready to get married. Harvest had already begun, but everyone took a day off to celebrate. Alyssa wanted an outdoor wedding, but Marie protested. All of her other weddings had been civil unions. Marie wanted Alyssa married in a church.
