CHAPTER TWENTY THREE

“Sir, she’s here.” Trevor informed to Raffy as Lena arrived.

“Great!” Raffy said as a pleased smile crept to his lips. “Where is she?”

Trevor and Raffy turn their heads toward the main door as they heard  the footsteps that is coming from there.

With wide please smile and open arms Raffy greeted Lena, “Ahh, welcome to my humble home, my dear niece!”

Lena remained her cold emotionless face and stare at Raffy who is now smiling like he saw something pleasing him as he stared at her.

“Psh!”

“Stay smiling like that, you look like a freaking dog.” Lena commented that made Raffy smile disappear and change to annoyed one.

“The last time I saw you, you are trembling like crazy whenever we will bump into  each other,” Raffy recalled, “I wonder where your freaking guts came from.”

Raffy approach Lena trying to scare her, but Lena just showed her mischievous smile and just shrug her shoulders.

“I don’t have any idea why as well, why don’t you try to ask yourself, maybe your not that scary at all.” Lena mocked her mischievous smile while looking Raffy from head to foot.

Lena chuckle when Raffy turned red out of madness he felt towards Lena, for mocking him. But after a while he laugh crazily as he realized that Lena was just trying to provoke him. Well he can say she got the job well done, for he is really annoyed right now. He thought.

“I don’t know where your guts came from, but I’m sure your guts will be gone once you see how I am going to kill them.” Raffy said annoyed.

Lena, saw Raffy signaled something to the man beside him, that the man immediately passed to the other one and enter to the door which is located to the left side of the house. After a minute she saw men coming from the door that the man entered, and saw Ms. Estrella, Dr. Monte and Dana’s mother being drag out from the room.

Raffy stared at Lena smirking to see her reaction but Lena face is still the same, still looking at him with mockery like she’s enjoying what’s happening in front of her.

“E-Elena…” Ms. Estrella uttered, as she stared at her with full of fear and worry in her eyes.

Lena stared back to her coldly, and nod at her and Dr. Monte slightly as a sign of assurance of not to worry or be scared, and turn her gaze again back to Raffy.

“Is this all?” Lena mockingly asked.

“Don’t mock me too much niece, I don’t have much patience that I might pull this trigger.” Raffy stated as he point his gun at Ms. Estrella.

“Then feel free to pull that trigger of yours.” Lena said as she took the necklace with smirk and show it to Raffy.

She saw how Raffy stilled as he stared at the necklace she is holding that made her smirk widen.

“Ohh, I see,” Lena said smirking, ”so, this is what you wanted.”

She said while playing the necklace in her hands and approach Raffy just to tease him.

“Give me that necklace!” Raffy commanded.

“This?” Lena asked showing the necklace infront of Raffy face.

“Then, get it.” Lena said again, dropping the necklace with a smirk on her lips.

As Raffy took the necklace hurriedly without a single thought, Lena’s smirk widen as she took the knife and pointed it to Raffy’s neck, making Raffy stilled and the sound of the guns came after.

Raffy smirked as he saw the guns is pointing at Lena who still the knife is in his throat.

“Do it!” Raffy provoked while smirking.“Do it, let’s see if you can come out here in this house alive.”

“Sure I can.” Lena said smirking.

And the event comes in a blink, because the neck thing he knew is the guns is pointing at him as that made his eye widen.

“W-What is the meaning of this?!” Raffy shouted as he roam his eyes to his men that is now pointing their guns at him and Trevor.

Lena laugh at Raffy’s shocked expression, and took the necklace that Raffy’s holding, and signaled the men to let go of Ms. Estrella, Dr. Monte and Dana’s mother that the men heed and escort the three to the safest place, leaving a few men with her, Trevor and Raffy who is now both gritting their teeth in rage.

“I don’t know, if you are both i***t or just acting like an idiot.” Lena spoke after while slightly removing the knife a few inches on Raffy’s neck.

Lena signaled something and Raffy’s stilled and a small smile crept to his lips as he saw Mr. Han, behind Lena’s back.

“Take them, but don’t touch them, I’m not done with these two yet.” Lena commanded she felt Mr. Han’s presence behind her.

“Okay Miss.” Mr. Han answered.

Lena approach Trevor and Raffy and stab them two times, but she made sure that the two will live. The two whimpered and groan in pain that made Lena pleased smirk appeared, and turn to Mr. Han again.

“Be careful Mr. Han, and do your job properly.” Lena said meaningfully and tap Mr. Han’s shoulder.

Lena smirk as Mr. Han’s face paled as she smirked at him before leaving them. Tsk! These people is too obvious. Lena thought while making her way out of the house.

Lena already send the three adults to the place where she told Dana to stay.

Driving her car towards the place where she sends the adults and Dana.  Her phone rang, and without looking at it she answered.

“We got them.” A man’s voice said from the other line.

“Great, take them to that place.” Lena commanded and ended the call after.

Those three, did they really think that she wouldn’t know? It was too obvious, that Mr. Han is Raffy’s people, her instinct had never failed her.

And Mr, Vaughn also knew about it, but he keep Mr. Han is some reason, sending men with Mr. Han is one of the bait to get the three all at once.

On the night that Raffy called her, she also saw Mr. Han tailing her and when she go Mr. Vaughn’s office she saw Mr. Han discreetly recording their conversation, that made her purposely spill the information about asking Mr. Vaughn for help for even she wanted to, but she can’t still blow her surprise for Raffy yet.

And Mr. Vaughn is the one she saw that she can use, but she found a rat that trying to sneak from them, but Mr. Han is too i***t not to noticed that the information that he is trying to send to Raffy has been found out and stopped by Mr. Vaughn’s men.

Good thing that Elena hasn’t coming out eversince the hypnosis theraphy, or else she never know what will happen. And she will not Elena to come out, not until she finished fixing everything even Elena plead.

But that didn’t happen for the next day, Elena found herself waking up, in unfamiliar place, and was shock to see Dr. Monte, her Aunt Elle, a unfamiliar lady and Dana in the living room of the house.

“A-Aunt Elle?” Elena called as she confusingly eyeing the people in the living room.

“Elena?” Ms. Estrella asked trying to confirm if its really Elena.

Happiness written on Ms. Estrella as she confirm that Elena is back, and greeted Elena who seems confused with a hug.

“W-What is Dr. Monte here, D-Dana and her.” Elena uttered pertaining to Dana’s mother.

“I will explain everything to you, for now let’s us go to the dining, our food is ready.” Ms. Estrella said to Elena and turn to everybody on the  living room, urging them to go to the dining.

Elena, watch Dana assisting her Mom and Dr. Monte tap her shoulder while giving her a warmth smile before he passed through her.

“Come.” She heard her Aunt Elle said motioning her towards the dining.

“Hmm.” She responded and followed her Aunt Elle to the dining where everyone is waiting.
