Chapter IX - Grocery Third Person's POV Joy opened the door of their house on a Monday morning. Luke was there all dressed up looking extremely professional. He's wearing a suit and some expensive bottom and shoes. 'Uh, good morning Mrs. Hood, is Calum in?' Luke asked, stuttering. 'He's here but he's still sleeping, come in first and have some breakfast.' Joy said. 'Thank you but I already ate. Can I maybe, wake Calum up? He said something about being at the house at 6 so I got a little worried.' Luke lied. Calum didn't promised him anytime, but he's worried. 'Yeah, you can go upstairs, the room at the end of the hallway.' Joy said. Luke smiled and got upstairs. He didn't bother to knock and just opened the door revealing a sleeping Calum in his single sized bed. Luke looked around the room, band posters are on the wall, glow in the dark stars are in the ceiling. The boy is under his covers, the mop of curly hair only seen. He got to the bed and shook the boy awake. 'Cal! Cal wake up!' Luke said. '60 more minutes mum.' Calum said. 'It’s Luke wake up.' Calum opened his eyes. His eyebrows furrowed. 'Shoo.' Luke sighed and went to the small bag and threw the things Calum bought. 'Stop! What are you doing!' Calum said and picked up the clothes in the bed. 'Get up. We're leaving.' Calum sighed and washed up before getting dressed. They went downstairs and Calum refused to eat breakfast since he's a little lazy. 'Bye mum. Tell Mali I love her okay?' Calum said and kissed Joy's forehead. Joy furrowed her eyebrows and saw Calum's hickeys. 'Dear, what's on your neck?' Luke and Calum gulped. 'The bed bug bit me. My skin was so delicious he can't get enough. He bit me on the bed.' Calum said making Luke's hands sweat. They got into the car, the whole car ride was full of uncomfortable silence. Only the radio on but Calum have his headphones on and his eyes directed outside, neglecting Luke who was trying his best to get Calum's attention. They reached the house and Luke dropped Calum off the gate. 'I'll be back after dinner but I'll be eating what you cooked alright? You can chill for the day.' Luke said, holding Calum's wrist. Calum only nodded and opened the car door. He was about to hop out when Luke got his wrist again. Luke pulled him into a kiss on the cheek before saying goodbye and almost pushed Calum out of the car and locked the door. •|•|• Calum is so sleepy. He cleaned half the house including outside and the garage and the large walkway. Luke just ate the breakfast Calum cooked for him. He took off his suit and replaced it with tank top and sweatpants before going inside Calum's room. The brunette felt the bed dipped behind him and he turned around seeing Luke crawling beside him. 'You have your own goddamn room. Why do you have to sleep here?' Calum said not bothering to look at the blond. 'Because I want to.' Calum sighed and pulled the cover in his body. He felt Luke shuffle behind him and he felt an arm around his waist, pulling him to a hard chest. He tried to take off the arm away but it only tightened. 'Let me go asshat.' 'No one ever called me that. Not even Ashton.' Luke said. 'That's good. I'm the first one to call you a name. Aren't you happy?' Calum rolled his eyes. Luke sighed and put his chin in Calum's head. 'Go to sleep.' 'Goodnight asshat.' •|•|• Calum woke up with a sticky feeling in his back and Luke's continuous shifting on the bed. He turned around to see Luke panting and doing funny faces. He saw the wet patch in his sweatpants and he touched his back, feeling the sticky liquid there. He grabbed a pillow and hit Luke in the face. 'Luke you f*****g how! Wake up from your kinky dream!' Calum yelled. Luke opened his eyes and saw Calum burning red. 'Calum, I was having a fun dream, why do always do this?' Luke grumbled, running his hand in his face. 'You're having a wet dream! Now look at my back! Look at what you did!' Calum said showing Luke his back which has wet patches of c*m. 'I obviously did you in my dream.' Luke grinned and Calum grumbled before standing up. He opened his cabinet and pulled out a simple white shirt and some basketball shorts. 'Don't get out of the bed yet. Let's still sleep.' Luke whined like a child. 'I have many things to do, f**k off.' 'Are you still mad?' Luke pouted. 'Y-yes.' Calum stuttered. 'Eh, no you're not.' Luke said and got out of the bed, grimacing at the wet patch in his sweatpants. 'I'm gonna get change, be right back babe.' Luke said and exited the room. Calum's face is burning as he shoved clothes in his closet. He went down to the kitchen and opened the refrigerator to cook breakfast but the fridge is almost empty except for the water bottles. He went back to his room and got change in some jeans and vans, leaving his white shirt on. He saw Luke exiting his room. 'Where are you going?' Luke asked. 'I'm gonna go to the grocery. We ran out of food stocks. But I might need some help form Shaun since I'll be doing a good grocery shopping.' Calum said. 'No. I'll come with you. Haven't you seen these biceps? Its bigger than Shaun's and it can carry more.' Luke said flexing his arm. True he's been working out, growing many muscles. Calum shook his head. 'Go get change, I'll just make a list.' After a while, they were in the nearby grocery. They got two pushcarts and went to the meat, dairy, fruits and vegetables section. 'Luke you have to pick the best-looking ones. Like this apple, the other ones have patches on them.' Calum said. 'Why do I have to go here while you're on the other section buying other things?' Luke whined. 'So we can shop fast and you can eat.' Calum said and walked away. Luke sighed and just picked at the 'best looking ones'. He got all kinds of meat, vegetables fruits and some dairies into his cart. He's just deciding what flavor of ice cream he should pick. Calum is on the other side if the grocery, his cart half full, only picking what's on the list. He was looking for some vegetable oil when something hit his ankle. He hissed in pain at the stinging pain in his ankle. He turned around and saw the guy had rolled the wheel of his pushcart into Calum's ankle. Calum bent down and looked at his wounded ankle. The guy rushed to him while saying sorry, he also bent down and examine the painful scratch. 'I'm sorry! I didn't look at where I was going!' The guy said. 'It’s okay really, it’s just a scratch- ow!' Calum yelped when the guy touched it. 'I'm so sorry, I will take you outside and let's cure this okay?' The guy said frantically. 'It’s really okay.' Luke is holding the push cart and went to Calum. He saw Calum rubbing his ankle and a guy was saying sorry. He felt something snapped inside of him and marched at the two. He held Calum's biceps and lift him up. 'Babe, what's happening here? Are you hurt? What did this guy do to you?' Luke asked. 'H-He rolled the wheel on me, it’s okay really. Let's just go.' Calum said. The guy apologized again before walking away. They continued shopping, this time together, Luke pouting and silent all the time. They were in the car when Calum noticed this. 'What's wrong? Are you hungry?' He asked. Luke shook his head no. 'Then why are you pouting?' 'The guy hurt you.' Luke said. Calum chuckled. 'Its okay, nothing real bad.' 'But-' 'No buts, it’s just an accident.' 'But-' Luke was cut off by Calum's lips on his. He was blushing red and dark. 'Shut up and drive. I'm gonna take a quick nappy.' Calum said before leaning on the window with a grin. 'Don't sleep! Hey! Calum!' Luke said and shook Calum but the boy is already asleep. Luke pouted again. His bottom lip jutted out a little, his eyebrows furrowed. 'But I want more kisses.'
